Im A kid that goes there and its alright but sometimes they give you pills that make you sick and get headaches and honestly overtime they give you ways to sicken yourself since right now im on pills that if you overdose u can die

The help my family has received from CFSS has far exceeded my expectations! The staff truly cares about our needs and does everything in their power to provide support that is incorporated into our lives. This place does not do the 9-5 bit, they work with your schedule and offer unconventional hours to better serve clients. I can honestly say that I don't know how my kiddo and I would have survived the last year and a half without CFSS!

Very impressed with the service my son has received. Not so impressed with their handling of my daughter and her case. Staff is friendly and supportive for the most part but not so much in dealing with me in my daughter's case. It is hard to resolve issues when you can not spend time with your child. I have not been found guilty of any abuse or neglect yet CFSS will not allow me to spend time with my daughter.

Was referred to CFSS by my child’s doctor. Things seemed good during the initial intake, but quickly went downhill. Their nurse practitioners are out of state, you see them via the Internet, and only seem interested in a chemical approach to behavioral issues. I’m not opposed to meds, but would have liked a therapy option first. They do have support groups for parents, which can be helpful, but as far as my child’s “support” never received any. I guess our case worker had better things to do than follow up on a child in need of help. Don’t recommend at all.

We have had a wonderful experience here. Our child's counselor has had a profound impact on our entire family. He helped us discover things about our child that could have gone unknown and been a constant battle for our son throughout his adult life.

I willingly came to this place to get help, I was cooperative and eager to get better. I did the intake February of 2018 and got set up with a counselor, she was nice at first but progressively got more aggressive and mean to me and did not listen to anything I had to say. She always made me do things she wanted to do and didn't care about my input so I stopped trying. She then got mad and questioned why I stopped telling her things. They also put me on meds when I specifically stated that I was not interested. They were also mean to my mom who just wanted the best for me. I finally quit this month and it's the best things I've done for me, I'm so glad that period of my life is over.

Andi did the intake for my son. Let's just say that she needs to take a course on how to behave in a professional manner. I will be contacting the main office to let them know how she treats the kids and their family members.
