I love the convenience of leaving an appointment and getting my prescriptions without leaving the building. The young women working the front desk are helpful, knowledgeable and will to help. They are tired though. A large screen displays names of every patient whose scripts are ready up to 2hr which means I only go up when I see my name and I'm out the door. Wish I would have switched sooner.

Im not sure about receiving my meds here for a couple of reasons. I wanted everything in the same location. My drs, spine, ortho, heart ect. I enjoy the parking garage as it has a canopy walkway across alongside having an elevator. I had a bit of a rough time finding thr pharmacy as it's in what they call the "Outpatient, wasn't able to see signs for the pharmacy on the outside but because it's called "outpatient pharmacy i quickly understood. I've been using them for over a month now, and I've gone in about 4-5 times. Works well with doctors in their facility, but for some reason, you have to "know somebody that works there or be an employee to receive meds from them, from other doctors located outside their facilities. So maybe they'll have a dentist and some of my other doctors' needs here. I'll keep trying with them, but I can't go all over town for my medications.

We moved to this pharmacy because of the amount of pain meds my husband requires with his cancer pain wasn't easy to get anywhere else. They always had the full amount that the Dr prescribed.

I am disappointed with the service I received. The front staff and pharmacist could simply call on behalf of the patient to override a prescription. Instead, it takes a significant amount of time and loops back to them to make the same call. This inefficiency is frustrating.

Today I was struggling to get my prescription from my normal provider and the prescription was out of stock. I had my APN send my prescription to UAMS Outpatient pharmacy. There was an issue with the prescription saying that it was out of stock and maybe even on backorder. The pharmacist Melissa told me of the issue, but didn't stop there. She went the extra mile and checked to see if she could find more of my prescription. She did just that. I am so grateful for Melissa. I couldn't go another day without my prescription.

I told the clerk that I wanted my prescription sent to Walgreens and he told me to have them to call. Which is ridiculous because he could have just sent the script there. Well Walgreens calls about the prescription and 1 hour and a half later they close without sending the prescription. I had such a miserable and painful night. I'm am not pleased with the treatment I have received.

The staff here are wonderful people. They will work with you. They're good at their jobs. I like going here for my medications.
