Dr office Told me they accept my insurance, just to be billed $500! Turns out they don’t accept my insurance

Terrible experience as a customer and very unprofessional as a business. Hopefully my health insurance (Aetna) will be more helpful and are willing to review and might be able to cover it!

Dr. Steven is a great doctor. The staff is not rude. What it is is that they are stressed out because it is to many patients they have to handle every day. They have never been rude to me. Always helped me when I have been needing a referral or prescription or something. They do their job great I think. Just need to step down some on how many patients they schedule. Because it is way to long of a waiting time when you go in there.

Do not go to this doctor/office. Just spent 2 plus hours in the waiting room. Only to have them say computers were down. The " intern" had no idea why my 91 year old parents were there, had not read the paper work that needed to be filled out. Saw him numerous times hanging out with office staff. This is the most disorganized, irresponsible doctors office I have ever been to. Total disrespect of the patients time. Total lack of communication. Indicated they had no authorization to contact patients to let them know. I don't get it. Dr. Kruder himself was no help, basically indicated he would take care of paperwork...why then did parents have to wait 2 plus hours...
My advice, save yourself future frustration and select another doctor. I am sure his medical skill set is acceptable...but give me a break the peripheral operations and organization sucks. The patients do noT come first. Shame shame.

Patient Abandonment can be a crime
Walked out of appointment after waiting multiple times 1-2 hrs to be seen. Was refused prescriptions for medicine and further appointments while trying to find another primary care doctor.

I consider him the main reason I will never leave the Foothills. His office staff is great, he's got cable TV in the waiting room. Dr. Steven Kuder, PhD, is a Foothill's godsend.

I would give Fortunate Medical a Negative 10 stars if it was an option. Staff are rude and you ALWAYS will be waiting an hour to three past your appointment scheduled time.
