I was greeted upon coming into the reception area. Two friendly receptionists at the front desk. The facility was clean and efficient. Adequate comfortable seating. A kiosk was available for the check in process. Easy to understand and use. The kiosk copies your Drivers License and Health Card easily. The medical assistants were very professional and patient while performing the examination process. The ophthalmologist was pleasant and made you comfortable while sitting in the chair. They explain your issues in a easily understood manner. In my personal opinion, Aiello Eye Institute is the go to place in Yuma.

It is very busy, lots of customers so it might be a bit of a wait. The employees are nice and polite. The were quick once you get seen.

Good staff and facilities. I am mostly pleased with my visit. My only concerns are, firstly, though a thorough eye exam was done, I wasn't told what the results showed as far as my vision acuity or any need for eyewear or correction. Secondly, the doctor explained that my eyes show some aging signs and a possible future condition of some glaucoma, but nothing else. Yet I've just received a video link via SMS asking me to learn about cataracts?!?! This is a word, and a condition, that was never stated or mentioned in the consult. Are you hoping to terrify me? Why this, suddenly?

It’s the first time I’d seen Dr. Wallmann and was very impressed.
He was very kind and shared more about my eyes than any other Dr. had ever done. I’ll go back to him for sure!

My mother is Dr. Aiello's patient and he is a very nice doctor. I really like that he greets you when he enters the exam room, it makes you feel welcomed and that he cares about your well being.
