I had an excellent experience with Diamond Medical! Heather and Ted were very helpful on the set up of my Dignity Lift Seat.
Ted had 90% of the seat built from the box before I arrived for pick up and took the time to explain the installation at home and how the device operated. Customer Service A+!
Heather help expedite the order so I received the product in 5 business days instead of 10 business days.
They even gave me advise on leg extensions for my shower chair and arranged for me to have the extension legs when I picked up the Dignity Lift Seat.
Would I go back to Diamond Medical? Absolutely!! Great Friendly Service!
Diamond Medical has gain a customer for all future items.

I went today to take care of buying equipment for my dad. Ted was very helpful, friendly and took care of me quickly and efficiently. The staff is very friendly and it feels warm and comforting in there. They made it very easy and a piece of cake. If you need any medical equipment/supplies, Diamond is the place to go!

I have power of attorney for a dear friend who is both elderly and profoundly disabled. We began using Diamond approxately 10 years ago when I brought him home to care for him. Things went well for several years. Then things changed. In the last few years, I have been treated disrespectfully by their bookkeeper and at least 2 other employees. My loved one's PCP prescribed necessary medical supplies - some very personal. Someone at Diamond unilaterally began sending one half the number of certain supplies prescribed by the doctor - without even telling me. Also, the bookkeeper called and interrogated me about how many of certain items we had in the cupboard. They seemed to be making inappropriate judgments about how many we use. I was in the position of explaining to her why we use the number that the doctor prescribed. They also refused to send supplies because they apparently decided that my loved one is in a nursing home and not in my home. He was in a facility for a few months 10 years ago. Not since. I am a retired diplomat and attorney. I have a fairly thick skin. However, on more than one occasion I cried as a result of phone calls with them. IMHO, someone(s) has an issue with people who receive Medicaid, since the items they were so worried about are those paid by Medicaid. People who are elderly and disabled have a rough time - as do their caregivers. They deserve to be treated with respect. Period.

They went out of their way to help us with a spare key for my Mom’s mobility scooter while we were visiting from out of town. So glad to know that there are still people who are filled with kindness in this world. They are literally the best! Thank you so much!!

I visited Diamond Medical Equipment three times prior to my ankle surgery, and each time Beverly was so very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She really helped me feel confident about my upcoming procedure, going through my likely day-to-day activities with me and providing me with terrific advice to make sure I was as comfortable - and mobile! - as possible post-surgery. Truly great experience - I highly recommend Diamond.

I cannot express my gratitude for this place and for Elysse. I went in to get my mom some medical supplies after she had an awful fall. I was a wreck because I didn't know what I was doing and because I didn't know how to navigate helping my mom. Elysse to the reigns, talked me through everything and made me feel so much better about my situation. Diamond medical is so much more then equipment. They deeply care about their customers. They know if you are coming- you must be going through something- or helping someone else go through something. I have never met kinder people. I cannot thank you enough.

My 96 year old Dad’s power chair stopped working at 8 pm. I called the store and got their answering service. Someone called my Dad and they had a tech on site by 9am. They fixed the issue, and Dad was on the move again. Ted and his team are great, if you need any medical equipment they should be the only people you call. They really care and will get you the help you need.

I love Diamond Medical! Ted is great and the girls in the office are so sweet! Elyse and Beverly truly care about us customers and I have seen them try and find stuff at other companies if they didn’t have what the customer needed. Diamond is a great option for your DME needs!
