I caught the providers adding fabrications and fake diagnoses on my health records when I reviewed my After Visit Summary. Providers indicate illnesses that I DO NOT HAVE and HAVE NOT REPORTED. This is done for coding and billing so they can make more $$$. Shameful and illegal. Let the customer beware and alway check and demand corrections when needed. This issue affects YOUR outcomes when purchasing insurance both health and life insurance, any potential life insurance payouts, employment searches and more. Do NOT allow Medicare Fraud, it makes everyone's rates to go up for ALL insurances.

I like Dr Kassab. He explains things thoroughly. He is sensitive to my quirks and likes and dislikes. For example, I refused to take a test because of my claustrophobia and he was very understanding of that. He was willing to work around it. He is just a super nice young man.
