I had an extremely frustrating experience with Serve Pro when I reached out for an estimate to repair my fire-damaged home. From the very beginning, they were more concerned about getting my insurance information than actually providing an estimate. I told them I wanted to handle communication between them and my insurance, but they were insistent, so I reluctantly provided my details.

They then informed me that they charge an outrageous $340 for an inspection. Yet, when they sent a general contractor, he arrived in a large truck that had "Free Estimate" written on it. He spent no more than four minutes looking at my house—without taking any measurements—before leaving.

After that, I called every day for four days, trying to get an update on my estimate. Each time, I was told they would call me back, but they never did. When they finally reached out, they told me they had other more important jobs and would not be providing me with an estimate at anytime soon.

To make matters worse, they were trying to pressure me into signing a contract before even showing me an estimate. I refused to sign anything until I saw the numbers, but they kept pushing.

Overall, I found ServPro to be unprofessional and dishonest. They wasted five days of my time, failed to provide an estimate, and prioritized other jobs over mine. If you’re considering hiring them, be aware that you might be met with poor communication, high fees, and pressure to sign paperwork before they even do their job. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Tony and his crew were VERY helpful, they answered all my questions (I had a lot) in a timely manor. They took very good care of our things when they had to pack our house out. I HIGHLY recommend them!

The owner of Servpro, Andy came to Phoenix, where I lived, and bought furniture from me. There was a tight deadline to take the furniture away which he met. He and his crew also loaded my rental moving van for me which was very helpful. I found Andy and his helper to be trustworthy and hard working. They were on time and very pleasant. So much of the transaction was completed over the phone and by email. He was honest and lived up to his word. I'm sure he must run his restoration business the same way!

Had a flooding in the middle of the day called ServPro of Yuma spoke to Gloria she sent the best technicians out to help! They were quick to respond the same day and quickly set up all that needed to be done with my insurance and were so absolutely caring! The team that packed out our home were so amazing and great at protecting our belongings and furniture answering all of our questions patiently and with care Thank you for making a terrible and stressful situation a lot less complicated and less stressful for my family you guys really are the best!

First time having to deal with roots in my pipes. It was such a terrible experience. I called Servpro, and they came out that night. It was close to midnight, which was very surprising to me that they came out at the time. They were very professional and answered all of my questions along the way. I strongly recommend Servpro of Yuma East Foothills.
