We were referred to Unicare by the assisted living facility where my Nana resides, and I’m incredibly grateful we made the switch. Unicare supported us first through home health care and now with the transition to hospice services.

I work closely with Ramses, who makes a meaningful difference in our experience. He is an exceptional communicator—patient, thorough in his explanations, and always responsive to our questions and requests. Whether by phone or text, he is readily available, which brings our family a great deal of comfort. Most importantly, Ramses has a kind and compassionate presence that truly stands out.

It also means so much to our family that Unicare provides services in Spanish, allowing my Nana to receive care in the language she feels most comfortable with. That level of cultural sensitivity and respect makes all the difference.

Ramses and his team at Unicare are truly angels. I have never dealt with a team that shows such compassion and care for not only the individual they are taking care of but for the whole family. During a very emotional time Ramses made sure our loved ones were cared for like they were part of his own family. We were so pleased with all the services and special care that Unicare of Arizona took for our dad . Ramses was so kind and acted quickly when he needed to be placed in hospice .
