This is the most dysfunctional practice I have ever have seen. It is a revolving door of providers coming and going. Never have been to an appointment where the FNP has to have his cell phone to ask questions to when you are in your appointment. Nursing staff is also ever changing face with low competency levels. In my last visit she did not know how to hook up and EKG machine. Had to have blood drawn and was pricked 5 times by various individuals, and they could never hit the mark. Have never encountered that before and always told I have great Veins. They disregard your previous years of treatments by some of the top medical providers in their field, and feel as though they as a FNP more knowledgeable. Stay away from this dysfunctional practice.

Drama.. the sessions with counselor it was just like gossiping. I was introduced into Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (it was more of an experiment rather than helpful) I left with more open old wounds....leaving the session emotionally tender.
Unprofessional.

I enjoy the classes and facilitiors but most my peers (at the time) were being talked over, inappropriate joking (there's a time and place for that)
The medical director was amazing she took the time to listen to me and was a huge help

I resided in a house with a house manager who always complianed he didn't know what he was doing I use to look forward working out with him but he got rather creepily close with another peer and they would gossip about the house
It takes awhile for me to be safe again but I was judged, not taken seriously, belittled so I closed off in my room which is not good for my mental health
