The care was fantastic and the staff was sympathetic BUT... the 2 hr wait was a bit much. Apologies accepted and I will come back. Getting a doctor visit within 5 hours of calling seems reasonable but the wait in the room! 😞

Medication called into Walmart Pharmacy and I was on the mend within 24 hours of first call. I'm happy.

Worst experience I ever had at that location. Never even saw provider. They took my co-pay and put me in a room to wait over an hour before I had to leave due to other commitments which I had informed staff ahead of time of. What’s the point of making appointment? There was an empty lobby and at least 3 other exam rooms. Provider was there as heard them speaking but couldn’t tell you what they looked like as I never received care. Plan to make inquiry to my insurance carrier regarding billing. Unbelievable!

Great friendly service with the young man at the desk. He helpful and friendly and had a great attitude. He was service with a smile. He knows what it is to provide customer service. I didnt get his name but kudos to him.
I was here a year ago and the ladies weren't so friendly. It good to see service with a smile.

Everything went good, the person that saw me was very nice and professional, it didn't take her long to give me my prognosis. Everyone was very nice. I love going to Northside Clinic cause they always treat ne good and they tell me exactly what's going on..

Not a good place to go for medical attention… from experience please take your sick loved ones to a different location. They will not properly attend you. Place is empty for a reason, the emptiness will not move your visit faster. Was told to go elsewhere for something that could have been handled there. The other location I eventually went to was very full & was seen faster. I now believe this place is never busy for lack of good physicians, staff & management. Stay clear, they are only hunger for money… when they charge you for things they didn’t do, that’s all that means >>> money hunger. We live in a smaller community, it is unfortunate that these small clinics would treat their community like this.

The actual visit was fine but the next day the office attempted to ban me from coming back because they falsely accused me of being a drug addict. They tried to claim my previous video visit from the week prior was to get opioids but all I did was ask for paxlovid because I contracted covid. Had they bothered to actually look at the records before falsely accusing me they would have seen that. I don't know why the provider for this day decided I was a drug addict but I did not appreciate it at all and made me wonder if that provider was perhaps inebriated and trying to project that onto me for no apparent reason. That was extremely rude and unprofessional and will be getting proof that they didn't actually write that in my records as they said they wouldn't do in the recorded phone call from today about all of this. This could have harmed me from getting further care in this town and it was purely based on absolutely nothing. Not sure if it was race motivated since I am an African-American woman. No other reason I can think of

The care was AMAZING from the start to end. The young lady who answered my call was so compassionate and offered alternatives if as well as offered to call if something today came available. Not 20 minutes later she called and was able to see my grandson this evening. The staff up front were equally amazing. And didn't laugh ( to hard ) when I had my grandson's birth year wrong. The young lady who assisted in the back was so compassionate the ENTIRE time. The provider who tended my grandson was WONDERFUL. She really listened to hear. Offered great tips and was PROMPT at that. I'm sorry I can't remember her name. I have been coming to this Next care for years and have never been disappointed! Thank you for ALL the assisting staff that assisted.

Excellent. Online registration and scheduling awesome. Location easy great parking. Friendly front desk, very accommodating. Doctor and PA right on target with my respiratory issues including fast in clinic x-ray. Doctor prescribed medication and treatment. Insurance fully accepted, no issues. 5 stars. Very satisfied with total experience. This is a very busy time for clinics. Waiting room comfortably set up and I was able to wait outside, great option.
