Great service! The staff was fantastic.The nurse in charge Jessica was without question a super professional person. The Exceptional team always provides great care. Last night I was at this hospital by 8:40pm because I had very bad pain on my stomach and my bottom, I told them that I felt like it was Colitis. I was in the waiting room until 11:30 pm when they finally called me and the nurse was super unprofessional she didn’t even introduce her self she just took my vitals and she left not even offering me a blanket or water. Later on I started having a really bad migraine since I was very tired already and couldn’t fall asleep. I called the nurse and someone else came and I told them I needed a pill for my migraine and she told me she’ll let my nurse know and no one ever came back for 2 hours straight. I was trying to fall asleep and just relax then I called the nurse again and a male doctor or nurse came asking me what was going on if I was constipated and I told him yes that I had very bad pain and all he told me was that I had to drink more water. He left and no one came back until I beep the control again and another nurse came in and I told her I wanted to leave because nothing was ever done not even my urine sample that was sitting there for hours and all she said was that she was going to let my nurse know. I waited until almost 4am there and that’s when I decided to walk out and they still wanted me to sign a paper before I left. And now they were trying to give me medicine and excuse their unprofessional behavior towards me, I denied everything and told them I just wanted to leave and the male asked me if I didn’t want anything for my constipation, I felt like he was making fun of me. I told him no I don’t want anything anymore 7 hours here and nothing was ever done. I walked out and seen a lady waiting to get seen and I told her not to even waste her time that I was here for hours and nothing was ever made for me. She left and I walked to the front desk and asked the lady for someone’s name and number where I can complain about this horrible experience. She gave it to me and I left I was crying of anger sitting in my car just thinking how I wasted my time and how much pain I had, and saying to my self how can a community hospital be so heartless and unprofessional with their patients. I was in total disbelief of how rude these people were to another person. Not even once did someone came in and asked me how was I feeling or if I needed something. I would NEVER return here and I will make sure I call my insurance and tell them everything.

A friend was admitted for observation overnight. From the ER physician to the hospitalist on the inpatient unit, the care was superb. I would especially like to compliment RN Bernice on the inpatient unit. Her professionalism was inspiring. I am a retired RN. Bernice makes me proud to say the word “nurse.” Bernice - tell your parents to be very, very proud. ❤️❤️

This place should called YRMC 2. There is nothing “exceptional” about it. Their service has really gone down in the last year and it will probably only get worse. They have no one to triage you and if you’re not triaged you can’t be seen. You have one person in the waiting room and you can’t even service them. Just give it up and close the doors, because they are definitely not capable of handling more than 2 patients at a time. I thought they would give patients relief from dealing with YRMC, but nope, they are just as bad. Worse actually because they can’t hand 2-3 patients at a time or schedule their staff correctly so patients can be seen. I’m definitely calling corporate because their kind of “exceptional” is unacceptable.

The best emergency room I've ever been to.. everybody that worked there was kind and helpful. The nurses were great. They were very thorough with their treatment. Dr. Hubbard was excellent. Highly recommend

Worst hospital ever. My wife showed up at 3pm they got her in fast. By 4pm they did lab work and some x-rays. After they had all labs done and finished by 5pm she just waited for 2 hours and her body showed up as I was in the phone with her. She told me she needed to go to the restroom by that time. It was already 8:30pm, but nobody has gone, and she wasn't enabled to go because they had IV connected, so I had to call to the front office for someone to go and take her to the restroom. I told her to just tell them to release you because they were not getting anything done. Their excuse was that they had been busy because they had 5 patients that are sicker! THAT'S REALLY EXCUSE so you tell me that she just going to be push back everytime someone showed sicker, and guys leave other patients in the rooms so, you just keep billing the insurance!!!!!

I went in because I have a face injury that broke my teeth. One of my teeth are infected. I asked for antibiotics and they gave me them. The Nurse Practitioner was very knowledgeable about it. I told her one of my other teeth fell out last year and I had a heart attack. She was very sympathetic. I was only there for less than a hour. I recommend this place for the friendliness,professionalism and compassion. I believe that if I went there when I first got this injury they would have x-rayed my whole face and I would have been helped in 2019 when my injury happened. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and not judging me by my broken teeth.

If I had the choice to go to another clinic I would, but given my insurance I don’t have another choice. They always have me waiting for a long time, no matter how many people are in the waiting room. Literally the worst ever. I do not recommend.
