I truly appreciate the service given by the female worker at the substation. I don't know her name but no matter how busy they are, how bad the weather may be, she always greets everybody with a smile. Not only that, but she goes out of her way to assist with dumping your trash for you. I always feel a bit uncomfortable because I am blessed to be able-bodied and am physically able to do it myself, but she doesn't care. She is right there, to lend a hand with a smile! It usually makes my day as I go about a mundane task. Thank you!

ever since waste management took this place over it's been awful, people who work here smoke right in your face and are rude and unfriendly- I don't have to go here often but I just went today and had a brief interaction with John- he was rude when i told him i'm willing to pay but that i will only pay by card because the last lady told me it was only cash- he was adamant the girl there wouldn't have said that and said he knows she didn't... although he wasn't even there that day. 🙄 It's too bad that a better company with better management couldn't have taken this over- but everyone up here already knows that waste management sucks!

New to the area, but I’ve never had an issue dropping off household trash or construction debris here since I don’t have curbside pickup. Yes, it gets busy and you may have to wait to get in, but the guys who work here do a great job. As for the people who use it, I have no control over what they do, which why it doesn’t factor in to my rating.

So there I was taking my usual household trash to the compactor on mogollon. I have 2 small trash cans that will barely hold 3 bags of trash. When I get them out a guy says it'll be $5 (not the usual 2 guys that work there). I told him it was household trash. He said it was more then 6 bags. I told him to count it. He actually counted 1 box and a pizza box as 2 bags alone. I told him this has never been a issue to which he said they are charging everybody to even the amount people are charged. I asked for his name and he said Todd. I asked what is title with waste management was and he said operations manager. I told him that if they start charging everybody that some people will start dumping their trash in the forest. His exact words were "I'm ok with that". This guy Todd with waste management is the exact problem with waste management and why they are not welcome in our towns.

Used this service for the first time today. I must say was super easy for me as where I live I don't get normal trash service. The gentleman that was working was very nice and helpful. Just be prepared for the crowd as I went when it opened and it was already busy and there is not very much room. So if you go please get in and get out if you wanna socialize do it somewhere else so that there is space for everyone else.

If I didn’t have to give one star I wouldn’t. When they bought Larson waste our trash was forgotten about since then we never got it dumped and everytime we tried calling we couldn’t get ahold of anyone, I finally got ahold of someone a month ago and they said they would come pick our trash can up that has been filled with trash for over a few months we’ll it’s now about to be march and they never got the trash or even dumped it so I called yesterday 2/27/23 and the women said they’d have us on the list to pick up today, we’ll it’s now 3:45pm and I tried calling and the phone answering machine said they’re closed for the day. This is not how any company should treat someone, hopefully they can fix their company and actually get better. Larson waste never did this!! Tbs waste now has our support and is cheaper than WM and comes every week.
