We were going in for a new walking cane but we began to look out their scooters. We were really looking the Whill Model C2. Chris came over to explain the model for us. He was very knowledgeable. We decided to purchase. Chris was great.

I had to find a place that rented wheelchairs fast I called and they could not have been any nicer, informative ,and more welcoming. I did wind up buying the wheelchair not because they pressured me it just made more sense. Unfortunately it was not the kind of wheelchair that was suitable for my son, so I had to return it without any problem questions are attitude I would and am referring this place to anyone who needs it .

The bed that showed up was an old looking mattress lying askew the dirty side and floor of the truck. Nothing was wrapped in material to keep it clean. The pieces of the bed were piled up and the driver had no dolly to deliver it. The whole thing was so jenky. I have a loved one coming home from the hospital, I explained to them that he would be immunocompromised. Clearly they didn’t matter as it was all germ ridden. The sheets I bought came folded in a much larger plastic bag - the only thing protected - but doubtful the plastic bag was the new sheet packaging. Do not recommend.

AZ Mediquip and their staff were simply amazing! Frank, Arielle, and Lizandro treated me as if my needs were all that mattered to them. When I called the store, which I selected based on Google reviews, Frank was terrific. He explained the oxygen concentrator that would work best for our needs and I felt totally confident when I made my selection. I needed the concentrator that same afternoon because we were flying to another state the next day and we had just found out my husband needed a machine the day before! Frank and his team took great care of me. I was waiting on the prescription to be faxed to the store and Arielle called me the minute they received it, which was a huge relief. She knew I was worried the doctor wouldn’t get it sent and she alleviated my stress with that call. When I arrived at the store, Lizandro and Arielle had the batteries to the machine already charged and had our accessories packed up. Lizandro explained everything about the machine so thoroughly I knew I could manage it properly. A purchase that I was completely dreading was perfectly smooth. I can’t recommend Az Mediqup’s Scottsdale location enough, and I’ll always know I can count on them for our medical equipment needs.
