They have community in the name but nothing close to how they operate.I could have given them zero stars if I had the option. I went for a annual health check-up which was completely free based on my insurance plan but so my surprise I got a bill of $300. They coded it incorrectly as a Office visit. I tried talking to them multiple times that it was wrong to code a lab visit as Office visit. And post the lab test they called me to setup time to discuss the lab results. I did not know they will charge me for that too. Totally unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to go there. However if you decide to go there make sure you ask questions because they don't have the best interest of the patient. And I would have called them so many times to solve but they just don't want to understand. Finally I paid the amount since I did not want my bills to go collections.

In 2023, they told me to get an HPV vaccine (that I didn’t need) instead of a TDAP. I finally got my TDAP vaccine this month but they also included a flu vaccine in my post-visit summary when I never received it.

I literally googled this place’s reviews after I was seen by the PA Maria Barnwell. I am shocked she still works at this place with the amount of negative reviews she has. She is belittling and rude and does not listen. I was actually stunned, I didn’t know what to do but leave. She had the audacity to come into the room and immediately judge me for my requests and lecture me. I wish I asked to see a real doctor because this woman is a piece of work and needs to get written up. THIS is how you lose patients to follow up. She has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen from a healthcare “professional.” This woman needs to be fired, I am still so frustrated and I saw her 8 hours ago. She ruined my entire day.

The staff are friendly and the doctors for the most part are very helpful. But I’m always waiting an hour to an hour in a half to see my doctor. One visit I waited literally two hours just for an annual physical. It’s ridiculous. What is the point of scheduling an appointment when you have to wait an additional hour-two hours to be seen. It’s an inconvenience because I now have to rearrange my schedule because the health center are not realistic with appointment setting and sticking to the schedule. Yes granted, appointment can go over which results in there being a wait time over your scheduled appointment. But waiting an hour or more is unacceptable. My appointment was at 11 this morning and I still have not been seen. It’s 11:55 as a write this review. Time management just needs to be better.

This was a little over a year ago but looking at these reviews reminded me why I’m never coming back. PA Maria Barnwell was incredibly condescending and dismissive of the ongoing symptoms I had. My visit was a complete waste of time and I had to see a new provider to even get the referral to a specialist I needed. Thanks for nothing

After reading all the reviews I was apprehensive about going to my appointment. I got into my appointment on time (7:30 a.m.) My doctor, Dr. Kuipers was thorough and had a wonderful beside manner.

However, I did have to go back another time and ended up seeing Maria Blackwell. She was quite the opposite.

The staff is friendly. I love my doctor. So I definitely, be going back to see Dr. Kuipers.
