Dont go here. they make it sound good. they say youll be in good hands but once you show up. they just lock you in. no food. everything is chained locked up. they dont take you to your appts. you just eat one egg a person and chicken and rice day in day out. not a good place to go.. staff have each others back. NO GOOD!!!!I JUST LEFT FROM THERE. SO I KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT! they hardly speak english and they dont have a nurse to give you your meds they give you meds in front of everybody. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.!!!MISS CLARA IS THE WORST AND DALVIN. AND TGE HSE MANAGER BEN WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT NOTHING HE STAYS SILENT.

I got transferred here from FMC for BH extension therapy. There's no information about this place and what they do. Came to find out it's a Rehab that is HEAVILY Christian and severely conservative. There's no proper therapy nor DBT nor CBT. It's just God this and God this. Very aggressively. Lol. They have no knowledge on medications and tend to mix your meds and have no understanding how the medications work. The nurse that they have doesn't look like a real nurse and seriously, who puts refrigerated medications inside of an old mechanic lunchbox? Plus he was all dirty and doesn't isn't very knowledgeable on reading BP. I don't think this place is useful for behavioral health and I'm not religious and asexual. They really throw their religion down your throat.

This place was my zFirst ever rehab I had the best self experience as to getting n maintaining my sobriety. The group was welcoming ans staff treated us with respect. Most of the time. If one of us addicts was out of line, we all encouraged one another. Now that's the best experience I got from that time. I'm thankful I landed in this group home because others are FAR WORST compared to the environment and schedule at Align.

I had visited this facility and this place is more like a mini mansion. The residents lives like Kings & Queens and treated as one essentially. The staff are efficient and super-coordinated. My knowledge of this facility has been nothing but the best, particularly coming from someone (My Brother) who’s been to couple of Group homes. They might be a little bit strict because your wellbeing & sobriety is paramount to them, other than that it’s a place you want to be if you really want to be sober.

Out of every facility/group home I’ve worked in, this is by far the worst! I usually don’t rate things or leave comments but this group home is just sad and the clients don’t deserve getting treated like they do here. I would give them zero stars if I could. The owner has no idea what he is doing and is there for all the wrong reasons. I’m surprised state hasn’t shut them down yet.

I have a family who was here for 2 months and loved everything about this place. Huge house and Staff seem so knowledgeable
