Your team was exceptionally caring and went above and beyond to ensure that our client's needs were met. We are so grateful that you were able to provide same-day substance abuse treatment. Throughout the entire process, your team was friendly and helpful, clearly demonstrating that you genuinely care. It’s wonderful to have such an excellent treatment facility for our clients in need of drug and alcohol rehab in Arizona. We will definitely recommend your program in the future. My review was based on direct interaction with your staff. As a neighbor to your "facility" I attempted to speak to your staff about objects flying over my fence into my pool. I initiated this conversation calmly but your staff member quickly made it confrontational and told me I would have to just "deal with it". The approach was odd as your "facility" just moved into our community and we were choosing to see how this worked. Your staff member has changed my thinking due to her unprofessional demanor that prompted my review...this review was based on the rudeness of your staff
