I have mixed feelings about this place. Everyone here is really nice and I do think they've been helpful. But at this point, I'm not sure they can provide the level of care I need. I'm still having panic attacks, depressive episodes, extreme mood swings and behavioral issues and despite contacting them several times, they haven't actually done anything to help. No suggestions on what I should do, nothing. They did make me an appointment for two weeks from now. Thanks, I appreciate it 👍

This place changed my life! They helped me be happy and energetic again. After 4 years of severe trauma (several not just one) I was not even able to wake up some days, and only left my house when needed, smiling was not possible. This place showed me how to be happy again and not afraid to leave my house by myself!

Loved Serenity before I had an emergency (water pipe burst) and had to reschedule the same day to another day and they still charged $150. I was having an actual emergency and could show (offered) pictures. Here I was having to spend $$$ to fix a huge issue and they couldn’t waive the cancellation fee one time for an actual emergency. So much for CARING about the clients. They just want to push $400 ketamine treatments on people anyway. They don’t charge you copays as you come to the office, so they rack up and send you a huge bill instead. Not going back. When I really needed them to “care”, they screwed me over with no consideration of the emergency issue.

Serenity is a good place, everyone is super nice. Colleen is great. She doesn't give me a hard time adjusting my meds. She listens and is easy to talk to. You know with new Dr's there is always that feeling of being judged. Yeah, I didn't get that feeling. She's great!! So if your looking for a Therapist, you came to a good place! These people are kind, understanding and compassionate and don't judge! Keep the faith, you can make it through another day. 🙏

What a warm, welcoming, attentive process it’s been so far. They called within moments of me completing the online form and got me in the very next morning! The front desk staff were kind and friendly. Jason, my practitioner, helped me feel comfortable and safe. He didn’t judge me or my issues. He listened intently and together, we agreed upon a treatment plan. For the first time in a very long time, I’m hopeful.

Doctor's are fine, staff are friendly. However, if you get sick and try to reschedule, they require you to go to a doctor and get a note like you're a child, however foodborne illness isn't generally something I would go to a doctor for, and this requires an additional copay to have this happen. Will definitely not go back

I've been here twice now and I really like this place. The lady that I see is really nice and helpful and I never feel rushed. When they say they will do something they do it right away too which is convenient for me especially when waiting for medications or med refills. Some places send them all out at once or at certain time she does it right there and then and I can usually go get it within a few hours depending on the pharmacy. They do have some strict rules but they go over these and let you know ahead of time and are understanding if you talk to them. Plus they aren't one of those places that are just all about the money and treat you like a number. They treat you like a person and make you feel relaxed and comfortable when you're there.

I am so thankful for Serenity Mental Health and Jason Adams. He has gotten me on medications to treat all of my disorders. He has been so great and easy to talk to. The girls at the front desk are always amazing too! I have had nothing but the best experiences here and I feel so much better! My life has improved significantly in the time I have started treatment at Serenity!
