John was very easy and friendly to work with. I brought in suggested exercises for my Frozen Shoulder and he updated them with how often I should do them, how long to hold the stretch, etc. This was important for me since I was leaving AZ and wouldn't be able to come back.

Broke my L1 lower lumbar on Aug. 26. Orthopedic surgeon prescribed physical therapy. I was fortunate to chose Continuum in AJ. I was assigned to Olivia whom I have seen for 90% of my visits. My progress have been amazing due to her regiment of stretching and exercising to build core strength. Olivia is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location to help you get back on your feet.

Continuum is a wonderful place. I was greeted when I walked in by 2 friendly receptionists that helped me get checked in. Steven did my assessment and first session. He was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my questions. After my first session I am already on the mend. I would not go anywhere else for physical therapy needs.

I've had the ultimate best care with the professional Physical Therapists and Assistants at the Continuum Wellness Clinic. The coordinators at the front desk are equally amazing, in scheduling/rearranging your appointments, greeting everybody, and organizing your insurance with the billing department.
The personable and friendly physical therapists and assistants are careful to explain and assist with your tailored progress; answer questions you may have; gauge if you're having pain or difficulty; and patiently motivating you to continued progress.

I recently worked with the team at Continuum Wellness Clinic and I am grateful for the care and support they provided. Courtney, my physical therapist, took the time to understand my unique requirements and created a customized treatment plan, changing it as my needs evolved. She, Steven, and Olivia were always patient and encouraging, and they diligently worked together to help me become stronger. Tracy and McKayla were always welcoming, friendly, and professional while running the practice, including ensuring insurance issues were resolved.
One of the things that impressed me the most was how the team collaboratively approached the best way to meet my optimal recovery needs while being compassionate and supportive of me, as well as each other. They frequently discussed my treatment to ensure I received the very best care and were committed to helping me return to my normal activities without pain. They used a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, exercise, dry needling, and education, to help me achieve this goal. The standard of care is excellent at every level and I felt like I was in good hands every time I went to treatment.
I find it important to note that I routinely observed the team prioritize each patient's well-being, ensuring they rested if it was required, stopping treatment if their health precluded them from being able to continue safely, or walking them to the door if it was needed.
I highly recommend Continuum Wellness Clinic to anyone who is looking for quality physical therapy care.

Continuum Physical Therapy is definitely highly recommended! From my initial phone call to every appointment I have had, I have felt heard and have been taken care of. Each appointment has been on time, no waiting time for my appointment. All my appointments were made to fit my schedule. Everyone on staff is friendly and helpful! I am so thankful for Continuum for helping me feel better.
