Beautiful studio!!!! Super clean!!! Yoga for all levels. Pilates has the most fun group of gals ever! Kids yoga is coming this summer…So excited for our community to have a space like this…

I have been coming to Live It Well for about six years and have always enjoyed the people there-both instructors and those who attend for their practice. There are always a number of classes to choose from which makes it easy to attend several classes a week. Love Live It Well and so glad it exists in our small community.

Live it well is wonderful! I am finally starting to feel strong again Wonderful owner Sue. All of the instructors are great! Come by and try a class or two. Their schedule is right by the outside entrance. Enjoy!

Gorgeous studio. Took a 2-hour beginner yoga workshop with Yelena. She was very supportive, making sure we understood the poses. Super informative, can't wait to take more classes and attend more workshops with her!

My first time at the Live it well studio. While I was visiting family it was a great way to connect back with myself and feel rejuvenated after traveling and being in a new place. The feeling as you enter the front doors is very welcoming and rewarding in it’s self. Thank you to all the Live it well staff and instructor’s for making my time in Arizona that much more amazing.

Great place to get in shape and make friends. The building is spacious and beautiful. There are so many classes and services that improve your health and increase your fitness. All the teachers are experienced, knowledgeable and tailor the activities to individual levels. Also fun things like reflexology, massage and other special options.

I have been participating in the Pilates ConneXion class at LIVE IT WELL in Gold Canyon. These classes were just what I was looking for, with a great instructor - Jan. I am over 55 so I was looking for classes that were at a level that I could learn and grow from, without the “walk of shame” that I was not as flexible as others. A very welcoming class and Jan individualizes the workout to accommodate any particular issue we may be experiencing, such as knee, hip, sciatic issues. I highly recommend LIVE IT WELL and will try some of the other classes and services they have at this serene and calming location in Gold Canyon.

Exceptional. This incredibly welcoming, beautiful and vast space is for everyone! The yoga practice room is large with plenty of props too. I'm thrilled to have found this new home!
