I was very pleased with Dr. Ting. She was very knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. Also personable and understanding. She seemed to be the perfect doctor for me. The staff was especially helpful, efficient, and friendly. The office itself was very well run. However, I regret that the office is so far from my home that I will be seeking another doctor nearby. I would highly recommend Dr.Ting and the Honor Health office in Peoria to anyone. They are excellent in the healthcare they provide.

I love this medical center. Everyone that works here is great. Lissette, who works at the front desk, has a great personality. Bridgette Boyer, in my opinion, is the best doctor that I have ever had and I have had a lot. She is professional, straight forward and gets right to the point. She has seen me at my worst, and has always pulled me through whatever was going on with me. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes after my appointment time to see her. I have the utmost confidence in her, and you will to if you are lucky enough to get her as your doctor. Thank you, Bridgette, for telling me that I do not have cancer, and for being there for me when we thought that it was leaning that way.

I was highly impressed with the location
Not only did I arrive at my appt and be called at my appt time. The nurses were cordial and helpful. My Dr. (Fauer) came promptly into my room and was helpful and attentive. He was understanding and helped me find solutions for my care. I also was sent to the lab after my appt. Within 5 minutes of ending my dr. Appt, I was in the lab and out of there within another 5 minutes. I remarked to them how efficient this was and a lab tech mentioned they like being a well-oiled machine. I had half of my lab results by that evening on the app and the other half the next day. I would go back and recommend this site!

Dr. Shah was very personable, this was my first appointment with her. Even though I was late she still saw me and I really appreciated that. I would like to add the staff from the front desk to the lab technicians were very polite and welcoming. I can’t leave out Dr. Shah’s medical assistant Selina she is so cheerful and helpful. I had a great first impression for my first visit.
