I wish I could give Arrowhead family health center a five star review because I’ve had an excellent experience with the professional staff. As well, the front desk personnel has been very nice… And this is without the, what I like to refer to as the “front desk curve”, because most front desk employees are intolerable. This Front desk team is very nice, cordial and pleasant to speak to. Further, Dr. Shaw and Dr. Byrne have been outstanding for my wife and I. Particularly Dr. Byrne. He has been very diligent regarding my chiropractic needs specific to the issues I have in my cervical area and shoulders.
That said, the reason for only a 4 star review...
I’ve had multiple issues with a person named Claudia in the scheduling department. So much so, that I’m even concerned about her access to my personal information. She’s been not only condescending and rude (literally chuckling as we disagree), but she’s gone out of her way to make scheduling appointments tough for me.
Sadly, it’s tough to reconcile traveling past so many other providers to get to this one, when you have to tolerate this on the other end of the telephone. we will continue to make the trek, for now. 🙂

Always happy to see Reina. She is extremely patient with my adult with disabilities. Talks directly to him even if he can't always answer the questions. We are never rushed.

The staff here is also very kind and patient and the lab folks were amazing with him to get lab work done when he wasn't so cooperative at first.

This office is very pleasant and friendly. Dr Shau takes the time to listen to your pain problems. Dr V is always amazing. Monica is the best. She gets you back fast and she's very through. If your looking for a good pain management office I would highly recommend them.

Pretty nice place, all staff were pleasant and helpful. The medical assistant was knowledgeable and kind. I thought I was seeing Janice (the doctor) but saw her PA-C. Rania was nice and answered all my questions. I had a physical ( pap), and bloodwork, set up for a mammogram the next day.
So far so good. I hope to see the doctor sometime within my visits. Office is open and spacious, there are many medical staff sitting/taking notes or busy seeing patients. The wait was nothing, got in 5 minutes before appointment and was called back within minutes. I had to fill out the paperwork given after my entire appointment was over.

This is a true chiropractic treatment. Not just a yank me and crank me and Pay me experience. You feel welcome from the time you walk in and meet the reception staff, then back to the treatment staff for a full treatment. Massage tens and then an adjustment by the doctor. A true experience that leaves me always feeling better. And wallet is not A great bit lighter. I have used chiropractic services for over 50 years. And this is the best!

My family sees the chiropractors at this office and they are great. Although, I do think it would be beneficial if imaging was performed since they are making adjustments to the neck and spine. My issue with billing as I'm often billed for services after having paid the cash-pay price (and my insurance ends up being billed anyway).

We were met with a friendly greeting and quickly finished the check in process. Oscar was treated with professionalism and excellent customer service. Excellent visit where it was determined the epidural shot Oscar received a year ago was wearing off. Thus the increased amount of pain. An appointment has been scheduled for that injection. Excellent customer service and professionalism. Thank you.
