I was really pleased with Optima Medical! My appointment went just flawless. Madison is absolutely wonderful, she friendly, pleasant, and very professional! The check in is a bit long but I suppose it is necessary. All my test were quickly and efficiently and I was out the door with all my questions answered and good plan made for my personal health needs. Thank you 👍

I love coming to this office ever since I met doctor Reuben. He is a great listener and is always willing to help with any questions I have. The staff is super nice and i'm always greeted with a smile. I'm usually in and out right away. There is not a long wait and I love that because most offices take forever. I would highly recommend this office and if you're looking for a good Doctor I would definitely recommend Doctor Ruben. 😀

Donna is the best doctor I’ve ever had! She takes the time to actually explain everything to me and make sure i understand all the info given to me. Never felt more heard from a doctor. I truly appreciate her and doctors like her 🙏🏽

I was scared for my appt. Because of my past history with cancer lymphoma. Ruben made me feel relaxed and talked to me. Was concerned for me and his suggestions and tx made me feel better and positive. Staff very professional too., down to last person I saw. The lab tech that did my blood draw. Thank you so much. Left feeling pretty good.❤️

Dr. Madson on my vist april 17 2025 was very helpful with all my question.very friendly dr made time fir my vist tell my resulit lab work. The young ladies in office are amazing nurse really happy and nice made me feel comfortable intill the dr came in. Test where done they where amazing.

15 years lots of changes. Consistency is the treatment my wife and I have consistently got. They always listen to you and for the past 5 years or so we've seen Madison and you couldn't draw up a better doctor. The care is top notch

I have been going to Dr Cleary for years never in my experience have things gone so quickly so by the book no waiting I didn't wait more than 3 minutes I got into the room less than a minute did the doctor knock on my door I said come in the doctor gave me a complete physical I went from there to a swab from there to blood taken and I was out the door in less than 45 minutes that's a lot of shit to get done in a very very short amount of time they were nothing but professional the entire staff was nice they were sweet they were genuine I felt like a member of the family thank you Madison which was my doctor for always being a professional and always acting as if we were friends because that's what we've been my prescriptions arrived before I even left the office I got home and realized that they were at the pharmacy I went and picked them up everything went as smooth as smooth could possibly be I've never in my life had a doctor's visit go so effortlessly thank you Optimal
