I have been going to main Street family practice for nearly 20 years, until they switched to the concierge service. I only stopped going because of the concierge fee. I could not afford it.
I trust Dr Lizarraga implicitly with all my health care needs. I never once questioned anything that he did for me during my visits. He not only was one of the best doctors I've ever had but he was also one of my best friends I've ever had. I miss going there immensely. Yes, there were times when I had to wait quite a while to see him but I never minded because I knew he truly cared about my health and my welfare. I hope that someday they will stop doing the concierge service so that I may be able to return back for my healthcare needs. I have not yet found another doctor or health clinic to go to, nor do I care to, and luckily my health has been up to good standards and I have not needed any medical attention. I miss everyone there and I wish all you guys the best of luck in your future endeavors. God bless!

Great Dr., sit listens to you doesn’t Beat around the bush tells the truth get you to the best doctors he’s a doctor that really cares about your health and tries to help you out anyway he can he’s been there after hours him and the nurses when I needed them at the split second waited for me to get there. Great with my children to great nurses all the nurses are great in there. None of them are near never in a hurry they listen to you. They get right back to you when you make phone calls ASAP.

I have been a patient with main street family practice for many years and never had been late for an appointment. The one day I really needed them for job related paperwork that was time sensitive and ran late, they had me rescedule. Anyone who has been a patient there knows that it's at least a one hour wait just in the waiting room alone at times. I won't be returning or recommending them in the future. D. West

Grateful to have a doctor like Lizarraga in our small town. He is kind, welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, and not to mention brings a smile to my face. Never easy finding a doc with good skills and bed side manner, but he is your guy. You can't find "old fashion" doctors who actually care about you as a person vs a number like Dr. Lizarraga. Thank you for helping our community for many years!

Dr. Lizarraga provided a second opinion when I had a knee replacement in July 2019. I find him to be compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, and articulate.
My recovery went well; and I went into the surgery with confidence because of his clear communication.

We have been patients at Main Street for nearly 3 years and have never seen the doctor. We have only ever seen the NP or the PA.

The lady in billing is terrible. She is rude, condescending, and refuses to actually treat you like a paying customer, which is essentially what you are. We are paying for a service and when "questionable charges" and bills come in the mail, she won't answer what and why they are there. I have really good insurance through my employer and reasonable co-pays...but it seems like things that are covered are still getting billed to me with ZERO explanation other than her spouting off billing codes that she learned in her six week medical billing class at Strip Mall University.

If there was another doctor in Florence...I would move there with all due haste. Of course, I wonder is there actually is a doctor there...I have never seen him.

Dr Liz spends the time with each patient. He doesn’t rush you and instead listens and cares. Very kind and compassionate Dr. Yes sometimes there is a long wait but I’d rather know that my Dr is being thorough than rushing thru patients every 15 min. Highly recommend Dr Liz and Main Street Family Practice.
