I’m unfortunately changing my review. I’ve spent thousands of dollars through this practice.

I called 3 weeks ago in Mesa to talk to Chad, never received a call back. Called Gilbert over a week ago, same. Called today and got a complete attitude from him for having to call me. He assumed I was calling about the primary care doctor situation that I mentioned to his staff over a month ago. But I wasn’t, I have one now. He was so aggravated that he had to call me. I wanted to ask him a couple personal questions without relaying them through staff. But he’s too much of a “Specialty doctor” to give me his time, so I won’t give them my money.

A friend and I were wanting to come back, who I was with the first time.

I honestly can’t recall how many people I have referred to this practice. But Chad should probably practice a little more time listening to what someone wants to talk to him about rather than assuming and starting in with attitude.

Finally Eastmark has something for wellness care!! Right away you’re greeted with warm smiles - they’re truly grateful you’re there. The office is modern and comforting with a clam feel.

Tell you - Get ready lay back and put your feet up! The IV lounge has oversized chairs that recline and are so comfortable!
Even better - The provider took so much time with me. As a small business owner myself, I’m really particular about customer service and quality of offerings, they knock it out of the park with both!
Chad, the provider, genuinely wanted to get to know me and what my health and wellness goals look like. This is such a change from your typical medical office. They truly provide personalized care!

I, without a doubt, could feel a difference as I walked out the door!! The next day, I felt more energized because I had such a great nights sleep. I noticed more focus and productivity - and beyond all that I’m looking forward to the benefits of all of the other options Keystone Medical Wellness has to offer!!

With so much to offer, and the affordability of their treatments, I know I’ll be back for more than just infusions! Keystone Medical Wellness has the best of the best! Check them out, you’ll be glad you did!
