I want to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by my case manager, Angelique Bishop. From the very beginning, she has gone above and beyond in helping me find the right resources for my continued health management and other assistance. Her extensive knowledge in her field, coupled with her take-charge attitude, has made the entire process seamless and efficient.

Beyond assisting me, Angelique has also been an invaluable resource in guiding me toward services that can help my family and friends. Her compassionate approach, great sense of humor, and dedication to getting things done have truly set her apart.

The dark cloud is gone and so is the despair and the chaos. It’s been replaced by clarity, purpose, and motivation. I am gainfully employed and leveling up. I’ve reconnected with family and friends whom I had abandoned. I am dating someone secure and special, making plans for a future together.

I love Denova for its ease and convenience of online video appointments. Scripts are sent electronically, the office staff are super helpful and friendly, and if you’re scatter brained like me they’re very good with appointment reminders. My main doc over there is Mark Williams N.P. is really great! Mark takes the time to listen to your complaints and symptoms and has a very good bedside manner. I highly recommend. A++

I see Dr. Noah Salmon and I really appreciate him. He is patient and understanding. You can get what you need out of a short session. Some doctors can be a little intimidating when it comes to asking for help for mental health, but he is very on point with getting you the help you need. I highly recommend! Thank you Dr. Noah.

Made an appointment online because their website said they take my insurance. They never called to tell me there was an issue, but canceled my appointment and never told me they didn't take my insurance. So now ive been waiting without meds for 2 extra weeks. When I finally called, the lady told me they didnt take my insurance and proceeded to tell me the wrong insurance anyways. Super unprofessional and now Im going on 3 months without meds. Thanks for the help, Denova! Could have made am appt elsewhere weeks ago if you had ANY communication or customer care.

I'd like to choose 5 stars because my therapist is amazing and actually deserves 10 stars. I chose 1 because the billing department is the worst ever. They over bill and absolutely no one in the department can or will answer questions or help. Basically I'm ignored.

I love Denova and Dr. Elizabeth! They are easy to reach in case of questions. Dr. Elizabeth is very personable and takes the time to explain and make sure treatment is clear. THE best psychiatrist I’ve had (and I have had many throughout the years).

I wasn't impressed or felt much compassion from either of the mental health professionals I spoke with and denova's billing is atrocious. They're trying to charge me almost $700 for five appointments and can't provide me with any actual invoices. What they sent me to show what 2 payments did post somehow displayed some additional medical record details that shouldn't be there had nothing to do with services received. They make you pay up front for virtual appointments and over half of the ones I paid for didn't post and they didn't seem to have records of it until today when I resent screenshots from my bank account and what was taken out. They have some very shady billing practices and when trying to look up the BBB to report this I can't seem to find this company. I have canceled all appointments with them and will never do business here again.
