I love this clinic. The staff at each location are phenomenal! Micheal was my doctor during this last visit - I went to the Gilbert location for the first time. I had, yet, another fantastic experience! I feel heard and understood, which is very important to me. I am never rushed, and they are great with staying on time. It is very impressive that they have accomplished the ability to sit and listen to their patients, with care, while seemingly never falling behind. If I could give a higher rating I would.

This clinic has consistently failed in essential communication and organization. Every visit has been accompanied by some issue, ranging from repeated scheduling mistakes to being double-billed multiple times.

The final straw was when we arrived for a scheduled test, only to be asked if our child had taken his medication within two hours. We were never informed that this was necessary. The front desk blamed Dr. Nathan Payne, saying it was his responsibility to notify us, and completely deflected any accountability.

When they asked to reschedule, I explained that I needed to discuss it with my wife first. Without telling us, they decided to discharge our son as a patient. We only found out after calling about yet another billing error.

When I contacted the office to voice our concerns, they labeled me as “aggressive.” In reality, I was simply frustrated. I never raised my voice or acted disrespectfully. I clearly and calmly explained the ongoing issues we’ve experienced with the clinic.

We asked to speak with a manager, but no one would speak to us. It feels like someone is covering up repeated mistakes rather than addressing them. I’ve genuinely never experienced anything like this.

This clinic is unprofessional, overly defensive, and unwilling to be accountable. Families navigating ADHD deserve better.

Can't say enough good things about Nathan & his team at the Gilbert location. The whole experience from the testing to the diagnosis/explanation to the monthly appointments have been so genuine, informative & easy. I've seen a couple different providers based on scheduling and each one I've encountered portrays a real care of the patient and wanting to know how they're reacting to the treatment so they can make any necessary adjustments. I'm glad to be in Nathan's care and know that anyone reading this who is looking into care will be well taken care of too.

I'm giving 5 stars because we have seen 3 providers in this office and have an exceptional experience with each. We primarily see Nathan Payne and I have never felt more cared for or listened to by a provider. He genuinely listens to every thing you need to share about your child to find them the best treatment.

My only complaint is the front office staff is not very friendly and I feel like I am a burden anytime I call for something or try to schedule at the end of my appointments. The doctors make it worth coming back, but maybe something to consider if you already have anxiety about scheduling and communication at doctors appointments as it is 😅

Avoid at all costs! This place is not great. After having many calls from the school we took our son here to be tested, paid out of pocket for our initial testing which we had scheduled for over a month.
Day before the initial testing we received a call that the doctor wouldn't be in and they would have to reschedule us for a few weeks later which was extremely annoying. Then the day of our originally scheduled appointment we get a call that they can have us seen in 30 minutes, so we rushed to pull our son from school and get there.
Testing seemed fast and easy and they came back that our son did have ADHD and the doctor sat and went over different medications and the effects of them and we decided to go with a non-stimulant and were told that since it wasn't a stimulant it wasn't a classified drug and didn't require the monthly visits and that they would auto refill the prescriptions and then do a tele-visit every 3 months. Well, a month goes by with no prescription called in so we are emailing and calling with no response from this place! Finally we get ahold of them and they say we need to schedule a tele visit to refill since it's the first month, whatever. We schedule and pay the fee to only be no showed on the call and then have to deal with calling in over and over to finally be connected and have a doctor call us the next day. Doctor was on the phone for 2 minutes and literally just sends in the refill and says we won't need to do those visits every month since it's a non stim.
A month goes by and the prescription is almost out. We email in about the refill and get no reply, again! So we call and they say we yet again have to pay over $100 for a tele visit to call in a refill! This place is just a money grab that doesn't seem to give a crap about the well being of the patients.

After years of being on depression and anxiety medication from my primary care doctor he suggested Isee the ADHD clinic for my symptoms. Unfortunately, my insurance didn't cover it, but I did agree to pay the $150 for the testing. As others have stated, I was kind of unimpressed with the testing and don't really feel like it got to the root problem of my issues. Honestly, they didn't really even ask. They had a few questions about my childhood, which I feel is irrelevant as i'm fifty eight years old!!! I saw Donia and she was nice enough. But I really feel she did not listen to my issues, questions or concerns? And once she found that I was a 5 year recovering addict, she immediately shut me down.
And told me I did not have ADHD OR ADD; that it was anxiety. I feel that she thought I was drug seeking, and if she would have asked me, I could have shown her years of clean weekly, urinalysis tests that I do for my sponsor to keep me accountable. She didn't ask, she didn't care? She just immediately ended the appointment, and I was out a hundred and fifty dollars. I immediately went back to my primary care physician, and he i thought it was laughable. Unfortunately, he cannot prescribe this medication without diagnosis from a psyche so I now have an appointment with another psych professional and i'm hoping i'm going to get the correct diagnosis. If they truly feel that I do not have ADD or ADHD then that's great. I'll move on. But if they just shut me down because of my past, which I do, truly believe that's what happened, and I'm highly disappointed with the interaction with the Provider and the end result!! I understand people have medical licenses that they needed to be concerned about, but I have been suffering most of my adult life misdiagnosed, and I was really hoping that this would be the turning point for me. And it's just been another disappointment in my quest for answers.

The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful. Dr. Jayven Moore is very understanding and knowledgeable about ADHD and listened to me about the experiences I’ve had and didn’t judge, critique or try to minimize my feelings. I think she genuinely cares for her patients and wants to help people. If you’re struggling and need help I highly suggest coming here, I wish I had done this years ago.

People were nice but the process I went through was not great went for a QB test and came in back today for my results for my ADHD because I want to get back on my medication after being off of it for a while because honestly, I have been struggling with it again after being off my medication for a couple years So I came in for my results today and they told me they could not give me a straight answer of a yes or no if I have ADHD even though they have access to a national wide database for ADHD prescriptions in their system and they see I have a past of it. The medication I was on was Focalin. I know that now because The provider told me what the name was Because she has records of me being diagnosed with ADHD and me being prescribed the medication from a few years ago I took the Qbtest which is sitting in front of a computer and clicking a button to test reflexes and being hooked up to a optitrack machine to track your head movements and answering the providers questions in person and also answering questions on a few pieces of paper came in for my results today and my provider told me that I have symptoms of ADHD, which is not shocking to me because I know I have ADHD and they know I have ADHD in the past because they can look up my records of being on the medication. my provider told me it was her job to tell me yes or no that I have ADHD and she told me “she didn’t have a clear answer to either of those” because of the answers I submitted on my paper test which mind you were literally the same questions she asked me in person on her computer. But “I just answered them a differently” she said . It’s just frustrating that they literally have evidence of me being on the medication and being diagnosed with ADHD the documents on their computer But won’t let me move forward with anything and get the medication that would help me because I answered questions a little differently on the piece of paper that were literally the same questions asked me by my provider in person when I sat down with her and she also said that I didn’t answer 4 questions that I needed to answer but when I handed my paper in the lady at the front desk she told me that I answered everything that needed to answer and I was all set to go after she reviewed it so how is that my fault when I was told I didn’t need to answer the other questions I paid money out of my own pocket to just get told they have “mixed feelings” and “I don’t have a straight answer “ and couldn’t give me a yes or a no just upset because again they have proof and the testing that I did that they told me I have symptoms of ADHD but won’t let me get back on my prescription medication again because of the answers that I submitted on the paper test.
