So I been to a few methadone clinics since I moved every year or 2. Been sober 6 almost 7 years. And this clinic is so amazing. They don't make u go down if u miss once in a while. But miss over 3 days then they may take u down. (Friends have told Me) But the entire crew is full of funny and sweet people, they talk with us like friends and joke about their time using and tell stories of their experience and how they found hello and now give back by helping others that r using and the ones who want to stay sober. . And just uplifting. I never feel like they look down on me cause alot of them have been where we r. Now. So I drive 20 miles everyday just for the people. And even if u use daily they still treat everyone like their ur homie. And u dont have to hide if u use. They just always have ur back will help with resources and have found housing phones and food and utility help. So many people have gotten into unhooked which is a rehab that gives u a place to stay while getting clean and stuff. And. The clinic is right next door. So this is a 10 outta 10. 5 star. Been going there 2 years and. Plan on staying there .

Some of the people care. But it’s ridiculous to lie to people and tell them it’s federal guidelines when it’s your clinic Guidelines. Some of us aren’t as stupid and gullible as most. We actually do our research.

Also, the logic here is absolutely amazing! If someone shows up for alcohol, 1 time in a pee test, which means it was hours ago, you will make them use a breathalyzer before they dose for the rest of their life.

And it’s not as if you look at the actual number on the breathalyzer like .03, Which is like having a 1 mimosa with their friends. No, You will tell them they can’t dose for the day, and force them onto the street to go use fentanyl. They won’t have any other options because they don’t hang out with people that use anymore, Since the reason they went to the clinic was to get out of that life.

That logic is full-proof, because a beer and methadone definitely will kill you. Fentanyl, That you haven’t used in a while, way safer, less chance of killing you. It’s disgusting honestly. Then you tell people it’s actually a federal guideline! No, it’s not, it’s your clinic guideline and you put people in dangerous positions. So, don’t act like you care at all, it’s deceiving and disingenuous.

I should have never took someone I cared about here. Number one they only drug test once a month which gives the person the whole rest of the month to use. If they get tested at the beginning or end of the month. The person I’m taking is still messed up on drugs bad multiple of them why is she still allowed to go here. There is no accountability. I told my wife I would no longer take her since it’s been almost a year of her still using, and in turn the staff here calls her a ride so she’s still using and still gets methadone. Also people are using right when you walk out the door and the staff doesn’t seem to care. There is also patients that are selling drugs right outside, I get it people make there own decisions but drug addicts are already have an issue and it doesn't help that people are using and offering them drugs right outside. Please if you care about your love one do not send them here. I have no control over my wife and I thought this program was going to help her.

I've been going here for a solid 15 years at this point, gotta give a shout out to Sam for being here the WHOLE TIME that I've been here and prior, great person overall (Brittany as well).
Although there have been more restrictions put in place over the years, it's definitely more relaxed than the majority of other clinics, especially CMS. I'd highly recommend this clinic if you're looking for MAT and anywhere in the east valley.

Been a patient here for 2 years now and been to other clinics in the valley new hope is bar none the best clinic in the valley ! My encounters with the other 2 I attended were absolutely horrible , an absolute nightmare where no one staffed there knew what was up or down . Both other facilities I had a different counselor every other month from the turnover rate being so high , new hope I've had Marne since day one, who is incredible BTW, it's nice to have someone who is there who can honestly support you and your can talk to without just meeting the person.. New hope Definitely brings the hope Versus making you crave it..

This is a very special group of people that provide excellent care for individuals going through opiate addiction. They make the intake process comfortable, and easy, and they also provide all outlets to help you quit using. They all work together too keep the patients and they're families, part of their family. I know all this from personal experience. They literally saved my life! Big thank you to Mindy, and the ENTIRE staff. God bless ❤️

This clinic deserves more than 5 stars, lol. When I was searching for a methadone clinic I called them and they were booked for the day but I could walk in and possibly be seen incase of a cancellation , or I could go to another clinic that would see me no matter what. Something in my gut told me, just to go to new hope. & I’m so happy that I did. I’ve never been in a clinic setting so this was all very new to me, and they made me feel so welcomed, I’ve been coming here now for almost 4 months,, the staff knows just about everyone who walks in the door, lol. It’s actually pretty comforting & nice when staff actually remember your name, especially when they’re seeing hundreds of people daily! My counselor Marne is fantastic! She listens, and she cares, she also remembers the little things you tell her like that you have a job interview this day and she’ll find you after ask how it went. That shows me she cares, because she’s also seeing multiple patients daily, weekly, monthly herself. This clinic & the staff are just so genuine and so kind hearted! They make me feel soo welcomed, and never once have made me feel ashamed for my addiction, they’re extremely understanding & never ever pass judgment! I highly highly recommend this clinic, I promise you will not be disappointed. 🩵🩵 thank you new hope, for caring! & helping me turn my life around.
