Dr. Dufner is a smart amazing doctor that treats all my needs. He has empathy for everything I have been physically going through and medically treats my every need. If you are an aging patient I hope you make an appointment with doc, you won't be disappointed.

My Dad just became a snowbird and I took him to Dr Dufner to establish a primary care provider in the area. Dr Dufner far exceeded my expectations. He was kind, engaged, informative and very thorough. It was a longer appointment than I have ever had with a doctor. It almost makes me wish I was old enough to be his patient.

This was my first visit with Dr. Dufner. What a bright light and confident doctor. He answered all my questions, he asked several questions, and we discussed vaccines, lab work, and all my history. At a friend's suggestion, I went to see Dr. Dufner for the reason of changing my primary to him. I thought so much of his character, his caring attitude, and his knowledge, that I went home and changed my primary with my insurance. I also forgot to ask him to renew a prescription, so I put a message in the patient portal. I received a reply with 2 hours and my script was renewed. Good patient communication. His main medical assistant, Anna, is also good and works very well with people.

Dr Dufner has been my PCP for over 4 years now and he is by far the best doc I've ever had! I honestly feel like he truly cares and yes, I know doctors are supposed to care about their patients but after 30+ years of going to different ones, trying to find a decent one, Dr Dufner is the only one who I believe actually cares. He is knowledgeable and very thorough. I never leave his office thinking it was a huge waste of time because he always provides me with explanations and a plan of action.

Definitely not a fan of banner or most of the staff at his location but I continue choosing to deal with them because he is absolutely worth it!

One of the best doctors I have ever had. I’m sad they changed it to where you have to be 65 to see him now. I have Downing as my new doctor and he is great as well. They are the most caring doctors and have truly helped me to find out what all is wrong with me health wise. They have always been so supportive and helpful. The staff is truly kind and makes me feel so cared about.

Dr. Dufner is a SMART compassionate caring doctor who I would highly recommend. I've been with him since he started with Banner on Crismon, if you can get in to see him do it. Also, his front office staff is professional, kind, helpful and a direct reflection of his professionalism.

Dr. Dufner is one of the best physicians I have ever been to. He listens, always gives answers, is caring, very knowledgeable and has never misdiagnosed me. He is extremely cautious and follows up every sympton. His staff is very professional and access to his office is quite easy. He always has a smile on his face and is very easy to talk to.

I have NEVER had a doctor that gets back to your question s and concerns like Dr Dufner. He is a wonderful Doctor and very knowledgeable and very up to date. Very Personable.
