Thank You ! I Love the staff and my Doctor R. Ragsdale. The care they give is unmatched in all my experiences of going to any health care facility. It's the Best by far that my husband and I have been to. I want to tell everyone about ( IORA Primary Care ). They have very big exam rooms, so you don't feel like you are put in a tiny place waiting for your Doctor and you don't have to open the door to breathe. Our wait time is short. And I would love to share this experience with you. Thank you Dr. Rex Ragsdale

Dr. Ragsdale was friendly, caring, thorough and professional. All of the staff treated me like they actually cared about my health and about me. I would recommend IORA to anyone in need of a primary health physician, specifically the Ellsworth (Mesa) location. You'll arrive with questions but unlike a great number of doctors offices, at Iora, you'll leave with answers. I'm grateful for the "Doctoring" I received and happy to share the experience.

Just had an appointment this morning. Didn't have time to even try the puzzle on the table as my appointment was kept right on time. I like to be able to call for a regular medicine reorder and not have medicare be charged for an appointment just for that - in my eyes is so wasteful of most offices. Everyone is friendly and is smiling every time we have to go in. Love Iora, Dr Runyan, and our personal Health Coach - Maria, who gives us a print out of each appointment so we don't forget what we were told to do, any follow ups, etc. Great organization!

Iora Primary Care is truly different from any other medical facility I've EVER been too. (With the exception of one other, YEARS ago). My PCP is Dr Ragsdale and my coach is Todd. They are available to me any time I need them. I'm no longer part of an assembly line being pushed out the door as quickly as possible. I get personalized care from everyone on the staff. Being able to get blood draws done in office is most convenient. Can't say enough good things about this place. I am soooo glad I switched to Humana!!

You don't just get a fantastic Prmary care doctor in Dr. Ragsdale, you get an entire wonderful team supporting you that really does take care of you Ike you are family. When I leave an an issue with my health coach Todd, I know it will be taken care of correctly and on time. This is such a relief to us we can't say this about very many offices. Thank you Iora and all the staff!

Was a lot better when iroa you can not even call and talk to them and are on hold for so long to talk to someone. It takes for ever to get medicine called in for refills

Due to Covid19, my parents had to do virtual appointments. A tablet was sent to the house via Fed-Ex. We were instructed on how to use the tablet. Our health coach Maria was amazing and so sweet! Dr.Nema Runyan was also amazing and I'm so thankful for her thoroughness! They both listened to my parents concerns, as well as mine. I couldn't be happier with them taking care of my loved ones. Thank you!

I had my televisit today with Dr. Williams. Being this was my first appointment I was apprehensive about not meeting the doctor in person.Within the first few minutes my concerns vanished. It is rare today to find a doctor that makes you feel like they really do care. All my issues were addressed and a plan initiated.
Devon,Tayele and Debra were absolutely wonderful. I feel blessed to have found them and I know I am in good hands..Thank you all.
