My family has been using this amazing staff & office for over 10 years. Although, there are unforeseen longer than normal wait times, unusual circumstances can and do come up, but the CV team does their best to continue on and move everyone along with care and compassion opposed to feeling like their just another number.

Dr. Bigler received great kudos by medical specialist I see for identifying a severe situation not even dental related when I went in for what we thought was something simple, but became far more requiring the Panoramic imagining identifying a slipped disc in my jaw and an alarming medical condition.

I do not forsee my household changing so Dr. Bigler, Tom, David, and the awesome staff best not plan on retiring!

need to speak out about the neglect and incompetence I have experienced under Dr. Bigler at Canyon Vista Dental. Over the past two years, his lack of care and failure to properly treat my case have left me in constant discomfort, pain, and an ongoing dental nightmare.

From the start, Dr. Bigler has fumbled my treatment at every step. I have repeatedly shown up for scheduled procedures only to find that the necessary dental appliances were not ready, forcing me to reschedule over and over again. In one instance, his office even misplaced my dental molds, which were supposed to be used to create a temporary appliance—yet another unnecessary delay that only prolonged my suffering.

I underwent seven surgeries, trusting that Dr. Bigler and his team were working toward a real solution. But when I told him after my last surgery on October 11, 2024, that I was done with surgeries and needed a comfortable dental appliance, he completely failed to provide one. Knowing that I was preparing for an international trip, he placed an unsanitary, poorly constructed temporary appliance that didn’t even last 24 hours. It was entirely unsuitable for eating, speaking, or functioning in any meaningful way.

On top of that, the implant crown he placed on tooth #30 does not properly contact tooth #31, which I immediately brought to his attention—but he ignored my concerns. This is part of an ongoing pattern of neglect where my discomfort and pain have been brushed aside instead of properly addressed.

For months, I have suffered from migraines, raw gums, and extreme discomfort because of the unsuitable dental appliances he has provided. I am now possibly developing TMJ due to the poor fit and lack of proper bite alignment. I have even had to seek a second opinion, where I was told I now need braces again—after all this time, money, and suffering, how is that even possible?

Because of Dr. Bigler’s repeated failures, I have missed out on my life, my business opportunities, and my personal growth. His unwillingness to provide specialized solutions for my unique case has left me in a worse position than when I started. The materials he has used do not fit my mouth, do not provide the proper lip support I need, and have made it difficult for me to eat in public or even leave my house.

No one should have to beg for proper dental care, but that’s exactly what I’ve been doing for the last two years. Canyon Vista Dental and Dr. Bigler have ignored my pain, my concerns, and my quality of life. This isn’t just bad dentistry—it’s negligence.

I deserve better. Every patient deserves better.

If you want to wait for an hour and a half while the dentist have their meeting then this is the place for you. I went there for almost 20 years. Everyone there was great but customer service has clearly declined. I won't go back.

Hands down the best dental office in Apache Junction! They have the best views that make you forget you are even in a dental chair. The doctors and hygienists are amazing! And the office staff are so friendly and helpful.
