We brought our 1 year old son in today for a fever, cold, cough and puffy eyes. Everything was fine until it came time for them to give him some ibuprofen. They wanted to give a 1 year old who weighs 24lbs, 9MIL! (At home we give him 1.875 MIL). We questioned it until they realized they put 24 KILOGRAMS in his chart instead of pounds. I understand mistakes happen. But I feel they should happen less in the medical industry, especially when administering a drug. It's also another great reminder to be aware and advocate for yourself and your family. Ask questions and make sure your providers, even nurses, can intelligently answer and provide care that has common sense.

The MA and Dr did a great job and was very professional, they were caring and listened to issues my daughter was having. The only reason for 4 stars was the front desk. When I gave her my daughter’s insurance information and my id she asked very demeaning questions. My daughter’s father and I are divorced and he is required to supply her health insurance which is now through his current wife so the insurance is in her step mothers name. Since my name and and insurance subscriber names did not match I explained the subscriber was the patients step mom and my daughter is listed on the card. She asked if I was employed, I said yes than snarky she asked are you employed full time, again I said yes and than she asked my maiden name. These questions had nothing to do with her checking us in. It felt as if she was criticizing who the insurance was through.

From the person (Melinda, I think) at the front desk to the MA Vanessa everyone I came in contact with were very efficient but most importantly they were very kind. Vanessa even followed up and helped me to get my medication.
The site itself was clean and well maintained. My overall experience was very positive and I would go back if I needed to. Also, I didn’t have to wait long to get care.

Everyone was so friendly and we didn’t have to fill out information on line…They provided great customer service! When are sick that is the last thing we want to do is get on our small phones and try to navigate through all of the questions online. Thank you for that! The nurse and the PA were amazing and fun to visit with. They actually listen to me! Great job everyone
