We have been going to keystone for over 15 yrs. I love the fact that Dr. Bishop doesn’t give up. She keeps searching to figure it out. The solution is never take this drug and let’s see what happens. I highly recommend keystone to anyone who is looking for a doctor that always has their best interest.

Unhappy with the lack of care and knowledge from Dr. Amanda Marshall. I had been sick with a bacteria..she prescribed, and I bought a medication for it. Instead of testing me to see if the medication worked.. she wanted me to buy an antibiotic for this bacteria as well. I asked if we can take a test to check and see if the first medication worked( it did, I no longer had the bacteria). Dr. Amanda Marshall knows that I would have done anything to feel better.. I felt taken advantage of. I heard a few good things about this place, but I was not pleased.

Dr. McKenna is the best primary care doctor I've been to in Arizona. She is professional and knowledgeable and actually takes time to get to know her patients and listen to their concerns. I've felt like just a number in other PCP offices I've gone to, and I've had to wait weeks to months before getting an appointment. With Dr McKenna I feel like it's a real partnership in figuring out my health challenges and making a plan. I've also never had to wait long to get appointments, sometimes I can even be seen on the same day. It's convenient and quality care and I recommend her to all my friends!

I see Dr. McKenna at Keystone Natural Family Medicine, she is amazing. She was able to diagnose and treat my medical issues when my previous doctors weren’t. She is always very patient with me, she is very thorough at explaining everything in a way that I can comprehend. I never feel like I’m just another number being rushed through to get on to the next. I feel like she truly cares about me and my health. My husband and son are also patients of Dr. McKenna. We love that our whole family can see just one healthcare provider. I feel like it is very rare to find a doctor who truly cares about and loves what they are doing. With Dr. McKenna she does just that, she’s always going above and beyond for her patients. All the staff at Keystone Natural Family Medicine are always helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. McKenna to anyone who is looking for an exceptional healthcare provider and a doctor who truly cares about you and helping you improve your health!

I can't thank Dr. McKenna enough for the care she's provided. She quickly helped me identify the heart issues I was experiencing and put me on a treatment plan that resolved the problem in just a few weeks! Dr. Mckenna has been the best doctor I have had. She is very attentive and knowledgeable. She makes you feel heard as a patient and goes above and beyond to get to the root cause of health concerns/ problems. She is great with babies/ toddlers/ small kids as well and cares for them like they are her own. Dr. Mckenna represents what Keystone Medicine strives to deliver to their patients.

Myself, my husband and 3 children go to the Mesa location and I can't say enough good things about it! The staff are so friendly and caring and the doctors are absolutely fantastic! Very thorough and take the time to really get to root causes unlike allopathic Drs which just write a prescription and send you on your way. The membership is so worth it, so many free services such as sauna, adjustments, breathing treatments and follow ups to name a few, highly discounted services such as cupping, acupuncture and B12 shots. We have never had a doctors office that has treated us so kindly especially to my unvaccinated children which are usually treated like diseased freaks even though they are healthy thriving children. I can't recommend this place enough!
