I have been seeing Theresa Eblin for a while at stripes and she is amazing! She really cares and listens to concerns, she is great kind and professional. She’s punctual and knowledgeable she’s is the best doctor/nurse practitioner I have seen in years. I recommended my family switch over. There aren’t many around like this anymore. I must also mention the front desk staff and nurses are so polite and friendly you can tell they treat their staff right. The only other feed back is that it’s hard to communicate with them through the answering service. I really wish they would answer themselves. To go through a 3rd party to get anything done is very difficult God bless!

My 1st visit included the pages of medical info to be completed. The medical asst was kind, gentle, & efficient. The RN was very helpful, friendly, caring, & knowledgeable. Rakhi was calm, empathetic, & helpful. She carefully questioned me, listened, & provided the help I needed. I like this clinic! I like the helpful staff.

Stripes Primary care is an excellent practice. I never have to wait long to be seen and everyone there is very friendly. My provider Rhaki Joshi is amazing. She always takes the time to address my concerns and is very professional.

I absolutely love Yva Jean-Marc!!! She is brilliant, caring and sincere!! Because she takes the time to listen, she is able to diagnose quickly or direct you to the right specialist. I find that most staff are friendly and caring. I have referred friends to the practice.

Dr. Oyoyo Onuoha (Dr. O) at Stripes Primary care really cares about me and my medical needs. She seems to go beyond the basics in compassion and care. The supporting staff are great as well. Stripes has been my go-to for many years and will continue to be.

The staff and providers are good although I’m not pleased with call center. Can’t understand their English sometimes and calls cut in and out. Also, asked a rep to note my account. When I went in for follow up there was no note. I texted them in my profile with a question and that I wanted my message to be forwarded to PA but no response.

Love Stripes! I like my Dr Rakhi Joshi, she listens, never tries to push drugs for me, the office staff is excellent and they never overbook so I never have to wait. I highly recommend.

Dr O was absolutely amazing, attentive and thorough. Due to her packed calendar I've had to see Dr Eva. She's pleasant but LACKS attention to detail. 2 separate occasions she was supposed to put in refills for a controlled medication. I go to the pharmacy and it's only for 1 refill. I call the office they said because it's controlled I have to be seen again. My next appointment is scheduled for 6 months so why wasn't filled with the right number of refills? And why would I pay $120 to refill a $2 medication? The first time, I chopped up to a mistake. The 2nd time after clearly reminding her of the previous incident means incompetence, doesn't care or padding insurance claims. The response I got was to see another Dr and if I could come back before my scheduled appointment. Dr O has allowed her reputable practice to decline.
