I had knee surgery on 4/17
I can’t express how grateful I am for everyone helping me! From the administration, nurses, pre op team to the doctors. Everyone was filled with compassion, empathy, kindness, and care. I have no complaints & thank you for the post op team who was so attentive & supportive during a difficult and vulnerable time. I will definitely go back if needed for any procedure in my future! 100/10!!

Sunday apx 10 pm 4/6. Onset of intake a pair disposable b/p cuffs were used not sanitized and placed on counter for next person. The oximeter was not sanitized between myself and the next person. Of course as soon as I'm in an exam room copay is asked for.Even Before I saw Dr. Thank you Oliver for your kindness and doing your best. Thank you Reed for accurately achieving a iv site that is working and stayed working throughout the whole visit. CT scan tech was kind and prompt, she did a good job to help my nervousness at bay understanding I was in severe pain Please speak to the intake girl, patients should never leave with more sickness than what they came with due to not following policy and procedure.

No communication between departments, everyone who works here is super young and lacks experience. They don’t come and check on you, as I was here to surgery, and if you buzzed the nurses station you were met with frustration that you were even asking for anything. The 20 something nurses acted like they knew everything but would forget to come back into my room and complete the tasks they told me they were going to do. Again super scary when your being taken care of nothing but incompetence which is what you’ll be surrounded by here. When the doctor came in initially I felt ok about everything, but then he never returned. I had to ask for the doctor to come back 5 hours later because I wasn’t being told what was going on and I was told he was gone for the day. I asked the residents who told me that why this wasn’t communicated. I then had to ask to talk to the surgeon who was suppose to be doing my surgery and 6 hours later was when I was able to talk to her. Really frightening that it took so long to talk to anyone. And last but not least, I was supposed to have a CT scan and that took 5 hours for them to figure out I was scheduled for one. Once I got to the CT room the tech started to conduct the CT but in the middle of it he stops, takes me out of the machine, and says he didn’t see an important note the doctor left him that I needed to drink contrast. And because it was ingested contrast I would have to drink the contrast and wait another two hours before he can take images. This is the least of the incompetence and inexperience I was met with at this hospital. My experience was so bad that I refused to have surgery by their staff because I felt like my life was in danger with how poorly they addressed my case. I felt like I was at a trade school where everyone was learning, not a hospital where I was being treated by experts in their field. I’m scared for anyone who has to be treated here.

The absolute WORST experience I've ever had in a hospital. Ever. Sat jn the waiting room for 10 minutes then get brought back to a room where we had to wait 2 hours before we got seen by ANYONE while actively bleeding with a 9/10 pain level. The procedure was horrific and painful and lacked so much genuine care. Had to go to Bayeood 2 days later for the same thing because the incision was infected and received the most amazing care I could have ever experienced.

I'd rather die in the middle of the street then EVER be sent here again. 0 stars across the board.

I’m a caregiver for my aunt and uncle. They usually go to banner, but their ct scanner was down, so the ambulance took him here. So disappointing! Only ONE person is allowed in the back supposedly saying the rooms are too small and actual they are bigger than banner er’s! Plus better chairs in the back. No coffee, no crackers, no nothing for the family.
I’m their caregiver and niece. Since I live a mile south of them, I can get to them quickly! I should be allowed to be back there with them. I’m wondering if there’s a law that I can find to allow me back there!….
The chairs and shows in the waiting room are horrific. So uncomfortable and painful, not to mention it’s colder than banner!
There’s 2 patients here at the ER, I wonder why?!

Just took entirely too long. I literally saw 4 food deliveries, and employees eating left and right. Meanwhile, I'm LITERALLY the only person here, and it was a 95 minute wait just to get back and get to a waiting room that took another 20 minutes until the Dr came in.
The Dr was good, he made sure that he got me the correct medication and got me on my way, which tool about 7 minutes total. So my question is, if it takes 7 minutes to complete the exam and give me my prescriptions, why do I wait for 2 hours before seeing the Dr? I LITERALLY felt like they were just killing time in the back, eating, talking (I could hear loud voices and laughter the while time) I'm not saying to not enjoy your job, but when your working in an Emergency Room, please try your best to get the patients in and out in a quick fashion. I see a whole lot of reviews with the same complaint, so this is obviously the norm there, and it's very disturbing that they just lean into the stereo type, instead of try to be better. Don't go here if you're a person who can't stand a long wait.

Oh- and I never said the place was clean, so IDK what your response to me was all about Mr. 'Owner'.... 🤔 ½ star if I could, which is disappointing because the people were friendly, just not concerned with speed AT ALL

I took my son to the ER at 1:39pm. It wasn’t too busy, and the wait time wasn’t bad until we actually got taken back. We literally were here over 4 hours, talked to a PA and nurse for a total of 10 minutes. They then sent us the message to be discharged and that took almost an HOUR! We weren’t offered water, updates (only sporadic text messages), and no one else spoke to us. This was the worst. Barely any communication, just waiting in uncomfortable chairs for hours listening to the nurses at the station laughing, joking around, and that’s it. I am definitely looking elsewhere for services if I need (or my family needs)help. Seriously, so ridiculous. Poorly run.

RIGHT NOW...my Dad is in the hospital for SEVERE INFECTIONS and other things needed. So far--- we as a family ARE NOT IMPRESSED with the care he is getting. I AGREE WITH OTHER COMMENTS HERE - NO communication between depts. THEY FORGOT HIM ON THE TOILET FOR 35 MINUTES. He can barely walk at all so he couldn't get himself back to the bed. He has been waiting for an MRI for 2 days now and keeps being told - Ina few hours-- now we are told he is in a room cue and it will be WHENEVER THEY just aren't sure now .....so many people waiting.. they also CANT TAKE BLOOD PROPERLY. They have collapsed most of his veins and he now should NO DOUBT have a Picc line done to STOP THEIR NON-SENSE of being incapable of drawing blood.....honestly I'm getting VERY CONCERNED about his care here. I have seen just a few people here with compassion. His wound care specialist especially. I am just beside myself with the choice to bring him here but if you look at surrounding hospitals around us THIS VALLEY HAS THE WORST. I am about to file a FULL COMPLAINT WITH THE HOSPITAL AND MEDICAL BOARD TO GO ON FULL RECORD.
