Love Dr. Andrade, he is very kind. Delivered two of my three children. He is definitely attentive and effective at diagnosing common illnesses appropriately. I have never had a complaint against him. The staff is very nice as well. Definitely IMO the best family practice in town.

I wish someone would of told me yes it's so important to gently and gradually stretch out the vaginal opening, starting at least a few weeks before expected delivery date. With the goal of gently stretching her without pain, but pressure is okay. PLEASE Look up " perineum pregnancy massage". We used regular coconut oil. 1st time no one told us, and we stretched it some, but not enough, she tore bad and hurt for a long time. 2nd time she was given a episiotomy and that maybe tore some too, and she hurt again for a long time. 3rd time I stretched it as I recommend in the beginning here, refer to perineum pregnancy massage, because the 3rd time, just her and me, she did not tare and did not hurt. I also used fresh aloe vera leaf insides (gooey clearish meat) topically on vulva and perineum, once a week for 3 weeks pre-delivery to increase collagen ect in her tissue. It worked. Also I applied gentle counter pressure above and below as baby crowned. This also proved to help prevent taring.
