I have not even gotten any services or have even walked into the building of this business yet, but I can already give them five stars for the amazing customer service experience with booking my consultation. I spoke to Reina and she was incredibly helpful! I live out of state which makes it hard for me to figure out scheduling for appointments in Billings, but Reina and the service coordinator were able to set me up with an on the phone consultation and just had the most positive attitude when we spoke on the phone! I’m really looking forward to my consultation and can already tell it’s going to be a great experience!

This was my first visit to Central Wellness. I was so impressed with the aesthetics of the building the minute I walked in the door. I received an Ultraclear laser. Erin performed my laser and explained the procedure thoroughly before and during. She answered all my questions and I was completely at ease throughout the process. She did an amazing job and I’m anxious to see the outcome of the treatment. Each person I encountered today was wonderful.
