I used this place out of proximity because my fav pharmacy closed. I regret not just going to a Walgreens. This place has the vibe of a yard sale and the customer service of a teenager at a fast food chain (aka bad). The woman was reluctant to help me and I’d have more to say if my prescriptions weren’t still being sent there this week. I respect the grind of a small business but I do not respect poor customer service, and feeling like I’m a burden for coming in to get my meds. I am very considerate of customer service workers because I work in customer service myself.
When I come in as a customer, kind, patient and understanding, I would expect the same thing from the employees, which I did not receive.

My husband was looking for Ostomy supplies and the nice employee that answered the phone was unaware and handed the call over to the owner/manager. Who sighed as if we were bothering him and could not answer questions about the bags. When asked if he can open look to see if they were the proper fit that my husband uses he says goodbye and hangs up.... This is good Customer Service?

If the lady doesn’t want to work there she should get another job instead of making passive aggressive comments.
The owner is useless and might as well be for sale like every other piece of used junk they have for sale there.
Avoid this place if you can unless you want to deal with these pathetic excuses for human beings.

I love how this pharmacy is how pharmacies use to be back in the day before pharmacy chains like Walgreens, CVS, and etc was around! .. Love their customer service and how helpful they are! I will continue to supost them!
