Staff was very helpful in assisting me find the appropriate compression stockings for my needs. The store has a nice variety of compression socks and stockings to choose from. I was also impressed with the variety of other medical supplies and equipment they had on hand especially their CPAP supplies.

Excellent service! I rented a recliner for my father while he was at a rehab facility. The delivery guys were great. Brought it to his room, positioned it, and explained all the settings on the control pad. I would highly recommend Copper Star for all medical equipment.

Came in here with my dad. Just to pick up a set of keys. Only one lady working was showing these 3 girls how to set something up mostly was just standing there while they figure it out. Waited about 15 minutes phones were ringing just hung up. Lady was rude. Huffed and puffed cuz we just came to pick up a set of keys. That’s not customer service.

My husband and I experienced excellent service. I needed a CPAC machine, and the gentleman assisted us. He was professional and very kind and very helpful. He explained the process how to utilize the machine and answered all our questions. He helped me by setup the machine for me and sizing the strap to fit the mask comfortably.
