Thank you so much. The young lady at your store helped us enormously. And then you also gave us extra discounts for the Lift Chair. We shopped around for the best price, and your price was still lower. The delivery was great and you called to make sure our order was all delivered. This showroom located in Sun City, Arizona more than likely has what you need! When they say they are a family owned business that is very committed to helping the community, they mean it! I was my mom's full-time caretaker and we had just returned from Mexico & she was very ill. Medicare was not covering any expenses. Israel was so companionate to my situation. They know people have health problems and Medicare situations & really do want to help. Israel understood my mom's condition & helped me find what would work best. They do give you the personal family touch! Also, had to go back because of a needed part and it was given to me at no cost. I was very grateful. That's unheard of these days. They are great listeners & they earned my trust. If you are looking for medical equipment that is not extremely overpriced, this is your place. Great prices, great customer service and overall lots of inventory to choose from. ~Jonnata

Leader Medical Supply is outstanding. It is a privately held company and run by the owner who goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I needed assistance on a Sunday afternoon (a wheelchair) and he was able to provide that immediately. He even put it in the car trunk for me. Great service!!

Had a great experience with Izzy the owner of the shop. We bought a 4 wheel walker that other medical stores were charging $70 more for the exact same product. Izzy was very polite and while waiting for the customer ahead of me I watched the customer what to buy something for his back and instead of just selling him the item Izzy showed him how that would not work for him. He is very honest and I would recommend anyone looking for a medical store to try this store, he will not sell you something you don’t need and is not a pushy salesman. I’m glad I found this store.

These guys are fantastic. I went to a few places around town and the service was poor to say the least. I went to these places to find a specific shoulder brace for my size. They didn’t even want to talk to me. All they said was we don’t know what that is. I called LEADER MEDICAL SUPPLIES. Before going in because of the disappointment in other places I figured let me save myself some energy and time. I think the gentleman’s name is Israel. This guy knows his stuff. He asked that I come in because they had a large selection and he needed to measure my correct fit. We talked when I got there he asked questions in order to help with my condition. It’s been 4-5weeks now and I feel much better. I strongly recommend this place and the prices at Leader Medical Supplies are much better. They have strong customer service skills. This is my go to for medical needs and I strongly recommend this place. Thanks LEADER MEDICAL SUPPLIES. BRAVO ON YOUR IMPECCABLE SERVICE!
