I highly recommend this clinic. Dr. Ball and the front desk staff are super friendly. Dr. Ball is very knowledgeable and attentive. He listens to all my concerns and is very patient. He is also my parents' doctor and always listens to them and addresses their concerns.

Clinica La Familia is a wonderful place to go for health care. Dr. Briones and Dr Blair are who Me and my son see. I love that scheduling for an appointment is easy. The schedulers are so kind and efficient. If for any reason I need to have an appointment and I can’t get to the facility, they accommodate with phone appointments. I don’t have to wait in the office for an hour to be seen and needed referrals are handled swiftly. I have been going to see Dr. Briones for almost 2 years and she is an amazing doctor! I have anxiety with doctors and she is so patient with me and takes time to really listen. I have seen Dr Blair with my son and he is wonderful as well. If you want a Doctor Who is personal and makes you feel like an individual instead of just a name on a file. This is definitely the doctor’s office for you.

Clinica la familia. It a great clinic to visit whenever you need to take care of yourself.
I had a wonderful experience. Each of the staff members are awesome 👏 they really care and treat you like very few places I have been to.

I had a confirmed appointment for 1/22 and received a call to reschedule for next day. Once I began chech-in, I was advised of a $20 co-pay with three options to pay, credit, debit + fees or cash. I elected to pay cash. I gave the young lady 1 $10 bill 8 $1 bills, 6 .25(quarters), 3 .05(nickles) and 15 .01(pennies) totalling $20.00. After she took several minutes to count it, and speaking to another young lady I asked "Is there a problem?" She stated "We are checking if we can take coins." Shortly after, the second young lady began counting, which took several more minutes. Finally I was given a number. I had to ask "What is this for?" I was told they will call you by the number. I then had to ask for a receipt, one received, I sat down. I then observed the 2nd young lady speaking with a 3rd woman and for the 5th time counting the same $20.00. I then requested her to return my money and cancel th appointment!!!!! I have never experienced such imbeciles, unprofessional group of supposed office staff EVER!!!
