This place is such a Blessing !!
If you journey with depression or any sort of mental illness !!
This place offers so many empowering classes / groups that I guarantee if you hang out for a few hours, you will leave in a much better spot than when you came !!
Oh and did I mention that the staff is very supportive and awesome !!
Plus you get to make a few new friends !!
How can you beet that All for free !!

This is a very nice place to relax and sort of get youre berings back; though some of the staff members are very antagonistic and should have more training so as to properly deal with people with behavioral issues.
The Administration here is very up to par and holds the entire entity together!

I love the wellness center. They have kind
supportive staff that really care about your well being. They have good groups, I feel very supported by both staff and other clients. Favorite groups of mine include NAMI connection, Zumba, bingo, and tai chi.

This was one of my worst experience with a so called counselor named Lena Vo. I literally felt betrayed and she laughed at me through our counseling session. By far my worst experiencs I felt she was against me through all of my counseling sessions. She never came to agreement with me.

This program is The Original, The Great. I love the facility's architecture & décor. The staff are very supportive and show concern for members' attendance.
