This is the absolute worst dentist I have ever been to in my life. I would recommend driving hours away before visiting them and even if this was your last option having your teeth rot out might be more enjoyable. The front desk people have no idea whats going on. In the waiting room for an hour after checking in. This place is a joke. I hope this place gets shut down because of how horrible it is. PS whoever the dentist is just know hes not coming and of he does actually show up for once he will probably ruin your teeth.

Might be the worst dentist of all time. Will have your appointment correct for weeks and then the day of, 30 mins or an hour before, will try changing your appointment to another day. Our appointment was at 8:30, got here 10 minutes ahead of time, didn’t get in until 9, then waited another hour for someone to finally come in because it seems like nobody knows how to work here. Front desk doesn’t know what they’re doing and always are messing up and the doctors are never there and if they are, they’re probably gonna make your teeth worse. Don’t recommend this place at all!

The medical assistance don't do their job. They are not nice, the radiologist did not send the report and they would not call them for the results. They claimed they could not due to HIPPA n they needed a patient signature. I was the patient asking them to get the results and they never called radiology. I had to call the out of town radiologist while I was waiting 2 hrs to see the doctor. They gladly faxed the results and told me they did not need patient signatures to send results to the doctor who requested testing. Went in another time and they told me it would take a month for an X-ray, another month to get results and another month or two to see the doctor for results. Those women are rude and don't know what they are doing. The doctor was nice, but couldn't read the fax because the secretaries had not changed the ink in the printer, so fax was eligible. Then they wanted to send be out for testing without me ever discussing what was wrong. Remember, the fax was not readable the doctor said he would have to look at the CD later because he was very busy. I only got to see him for 5 min, after waiting over 2 hrs. Guess I will be finding a new me medical facility out of town because Inner Care sucks. They also wouldn't get me an spot when I had strept throat. I had to get meds in Mexico and self medicate. The tax payers help fund this place. Management needs to be fired.

Amazing dental office, I’ve been waiting 4 years for someone to take my teeth and care seriously and they did it today. I’m in utter shock and so thankful for the team here and what they’re doing to get my smile back, as a 23 year old who lost it too young I truly appreciate you.

First time visit with Dr. Holt was a fantastic one for my LO with autism. She is very warm, inviting, listens and shows genuine care. My LO seemed to like her as well.
But as far as whoever is the Front Desk Clerk will not be getting even close to a good review as the Dr. as well as the front door woman doing temp checks. Reason being, is that they prolonged my autistic son's appointment by refusing to give my husband the appropriate form to release his record's to have them transferred there. Firstly the woman doing the temp checks at the door would not let him pass and questioned him persistently like he was a predator or criminal trying to enter. And that is without even doing her job, to check his temperature.(Had his mask on) Refusing him to enter to return a form that was requested by the doctor. So she went to get the clerk herself because she did not believe him even after seeing the form to return in his hand. When returning with the clerk they persistently continued to question him and with an attitude making him feel like he was doing wrong when he was just a parent no different from other Mothers who come in taking care of business for their children without being harrassed. The clerk refused to give him the form he requested claiming she wasn't understanding so he called to ask me what is was and after i told him to explain what form and why as if I needed to in the beginning, she still denied it stating, "We did not need to sign a form to get a release of records sent to them" ? And they let him leave without any form. Which is required to proceed with our referral. So I call back the next morning to dispute this and reach the same clerk from the day before that spoke with my husband and she lies to me stating my husband left on his own without taking the correct form after her offering it to him. Like that makes any sense. She admits that yes we do need to sign that form and she requested us to go back again to sign it. We have felt such disrespect! And what an inconvenience to have to take the time out of my busy schedule that I had yesterday to return back based on her mistake. And no apology either on the phone. If this wasn't for Dr. Holt being so great and the only one covered by my insurance I would definitely not return.

My husband saw Dr. Kenner for an infection, and the doc discovered his blood pressure was sky high! He treated him immediately with a fast acting drug and put him on meds that work way better than the lisinopril he had been taking. He was kind and caring. Thank you! As a side note, the Rite Aid pharmacy down the street couldn’t get around to filling the prescription until the next day!!!

I have had 2 pre surgery checkups & treatment for a bea sting.
They are organized, kind and the visits were thorough.
