Staff is uncaring and not friendly. They will cancel your appointment with no notice and make you reschedule 3 months later and all this while you are waiting on important results from them. Oh and the appointment they rescheduled they will cancel that one too and move it back again.

I loved Dr Andrade and her staff until recently during my wellness exam. Was told that I had no copay as long as I didn’t discuss anything (to include meds I was taking). Though I thought I was due for refills, the front desk said that I could call in for those later and my wellness exam would be honored. Told the two people who completed the wellness when asked about my meds that I wasn’t going to discuss it as I was told that it wasn’t part of wellness. The PA used several obscenities and said that this was one of the things she was sick of and why she was leaving the practice and continued to discuss my meds and issues-ordering additional refills and meds. Left the appointment and later received a bill to include the copay. My insurance was billed for the wellness exam and an office visit. When I called I was referred to office manager who gave a bunch of excuses as to why the front desk told me incorrectly-that refills could no longer be called in and required an office visit to be completed. Furthermore, good luck scheduling wellness exams where it wouldnt coincide with needing refills so that this wasn’t a problem in the future, and that stating what the PA had said was “disturbing” but did not clarify or even address it. While I am okay with obscenities and she apologized profusely, I was shocked for someone working there to be vocal with the absurdity of the policies. When I told the office manager that I had a problem being told things that are not truthful, was told that it didn’t sound like this was the practice for me. Mind you I had been a patient for approximately 8 years. He later left a message saying he forgot to say “don’t worry about sending a payment”. When I went to fill a prescription that required this “office visit” that had 3 refills remaining and didn’t expire until Dec 2024-learned that the office had called my pharmacy and cancelled it. So now without meds that were ordered by their office just six weeks ago. The only thing the office didn’t get was my $30 copay. The attitude of the staff and the misinformation they provided unfortunately will cause the Dr to receive a poor rating.

My family has been patients there for 16 years. Dr. Andrade, Leigh, the nurses and the staff have never been anything but kind to us.They are thorough, do not dismiss concerns we have, and always are available when we need to be seen. Although they might not be everyone’s “cup of tea”, Dr Andrade is an excellent doctor and her staff is top notch.

Tiffany is the best! She makes you feel comfortable, she takes time to listen to you and explain things, and will have you laughing by the time you leave. Even my teenagers enjoy going to appointments with her🩷
Some of the office policies are a bit strict/annoying, that is the only reason it's not a 5-star.

This place has gone downhill in the past year, and really hurt me and my family.

If you want to go to a doctor who actually helps you and won’t judge you or waste your time go somewhere else.

They are more concerned about making money than helping a patient.

Instead of helping me, they suddenly stopped my anxiety medicine for no reason other than religious beliefs or moral values or something. They treated me like a criminal and a child when I asked for more.

This place is terrible, please don’t waste your time.

Excellent medical clinic. Dr. Andrade and her team actually care about their patients and spend time listening and helping. I've never felt rushed and the bedside manner is exceptional. It is obvious that they truly care about the health of their patients.

What can I say, and where do I start? All hands were on deck! After three years of being cancer free I found a lump in my left breast, again. I was terrified. I immediately drove to the office to ask a plethera of questions. Everyone was so patient and understanding as I was trying to emotionally explain what I was experiencing. They took me in that day, on a Tuesday. They booked me an appointment to receive an ultrasound on Thursday that same week. By Friday, to my delight, I discovered that it is likely dead tissue. For those four days my world was turned upside down. My husband and I were ready to do what needed to be done again. I am so beyond grateful that he won't have to drain my tubes, help me bathe, and keep me comfortably numb. I am beyond grateful to Fairhope Family Medicine!!!!! They were right by my side for the difficult journey. Thank you to the staff at Fairhope Family Medicine!!!! I appreciate y'all!!!!

Dr. Andrade and Lea Collins have been my primary care doctor and nurse practitioner for nearly 17 years. I can say that they truly care about their patients. Two years ago my company changed to an insurance company that they are unable to accept. I continue to use Fairhope Family Medicine and pay out of pocket and would not trust my health care to anyone else. Like many small businesses in the area, they have experienced rapid growth over the last several years. With all rapid growth and staff expansion comes challenges and opportunities. They do listen to patient feedback and address legitimate concerns as they arise.
