Dr. McKee is very thorough with her exams. She listens to every detail and asks questions regarding your symptoms. In return, she will answer to the best of her knowledge your concerns. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I have been a patient here for over a year and you wait well over an hour to be seen. I arrived for a very important appointment 10 minutes on the dot late due to an event in downtown and was rudely told by office staff that I would not be seen and they had “6 other patients to be seen.” There was not one person in the office. It seemed to be that they overbooked. They can allow patients to sit for well over an hour to be seen then sit in the back for additional time but if a patient runs 10 min late, they have to miss their visit no matter the importance. They are not patient centered, kind, compassionate, or friendly. I would urge you to stay away from this office. All referrals also are sent to South Baldwin when they could be sent to Thomas or local doctors. I ended up waiting nearly a year for a crucial GI appointment I found out I could have had locally in days. Avoid the frustration and poor care. These people are not here for patient care. I will say, this would have been my second appointment with Dr. McKee and I finally felt heard for the first time with her. I was really looking forward to this second appointment and desperately needed it. The office staff told me she was well aware the appointment was canceled and fine with it. Why go into the medical friend if patients are a number to you? This office should take a class in patient centered care, I’ve never been treated like this and it was awful.

This was my first visit to Dr. McKee. The receptionist staff were very helpful and extremely nice! I was called back within just a moment and the nurse also was awesome. After a short wait I met Dr. McKee and she reviewed all of information and explained everything and answered all of my questions. A few days later the doctor even followed up herself, I could not have asked for a better Doctor or staff. I highly recommend the doctor, nurses and staff!

Dr. McKee is BY FAR the VERY BEST! I have never in my whole life, now and adult, ever had a Dr be more thorough and understanding with absolutely no judgement. She has literally done everything in her power to help me and have me understand every diagnosis without me every second questioning. She spend so much time with me and makes sure not to make me or anyone else feel like just a number. She truly cares about my conditions and is the only one who speaks to me as a person, making sure I understand everything. I will never see another Doctor again!
