I’ve been a patient of Dr. Joey Carter for over 13 years, and I can confidently say he is one of the best orthopedic doctors—and surgeons—I’ve ever known. He is not only extremely experienced and knowledgeable, but also kind and truly patient-focused.
What I appreciate most is that he takes his time to listen and explain everything thoroughly, never rushing through appointments. His calm, thoughtful manner always puts me at ease, and I fully trust his judgment when it comes to treatment.
Dr. Carter also performed surgery on my wrist, and thanks to his skill and care, my recovery went smoothly and successfully. I’m so grateful for the excellent outcome and continued care I’ve received.

Always acknowledge from the front desk , X-Ray to the nurses who prepare the doctor before he enters. I have used Dr Joey Carter for years and am very happy with the time and explanation to surgery’s performed. He makes me feel at ease and comfortable. I’m able to walk after my knee replacements and have a much better quality of life. I feel like me again. Thank you to you and your team. Thank you for the prayers before surgery. I can play and care for my grandchildren and walk my dog.

As always, Dr. Carter is an excellent doctor giving the highest quality of care. At my age of 76, a lot of doctors don't spend as much time with older patients as they would with younger ones and some don't seem to really care. I guess I understand that thinking to some extent, with elderly folks days being counted with less longevity. But Dr. Carter treats me like someone young who has years ahead of me. He considers bettering our quality of life no matter our age.

Office staff has horrible manners. They do not treat patients with any type of professionalism. They need to be retrained on how to deal with the public, especially injured or sick patients.

Amazing place! Highly recommend! Called to get a new patient appointment yesterday and got one for next day at 9:00. Diagnosed my problem and got an injection and on my way. X-ray tech was very kind and professional .Made an appointment for Thursday for my husband. Staff extremely polite and efficient and Dr. Carter has a wonderful PA. They both spent time talking to me and offering options. More than impressed!
