All of the office staff are very sweet, professional and kind, and Ive never had to wait a long time. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Cooper!!! She is kind, calm, patient, very proactive and so easy to talk to. I have alot of health anxiety and she never brushes me off, always answers my questions and really helps me feel comfortable, shes literally all you could want in a provider. The office is also very clean, and I love that they play music, it really helps you feel at ease.

Doctor Christine Hude!!! The absolute best! I’ve only been in Alabama since December 2023 and started seeing doctor Hude January 2024. A month later we found out we were pregnant. Every visit she was understanding and gentle and so caring. She delivered our baby and she was right there with us again checking to make sure everything was okay. Hands down the best and will forever be my doctor! It’s not just a job for her and that’s what makes her the best!🌸

Dr. Missanelli is intelligent. Unfortunately, she missed a lot. I switched to Dr. Karen Kennedy in Gulfbreeze after being a patient at Bayside for a couple of years. I was a hot medical mess: I had a nasty yeast infection, oozing out green stuff that I had to get two different medicines for. My vitamin D level was extremely low and I’ll be taking D3 with K for the rest of my life. And yes, thank God she believes in bioidentical hormone therapy, so I’m able to get testosterone at a low dose and get my liver checked every six months. She checked me for endometriosis since I had bled in the past and she’s doing another well check on me before I leave to go sailing permanently at the end of next month. Her staff and she completely rallied around my situation, knowing I did not get the treatment I needed before hand. I have Been to her office three times now and will be going again next month before I leave. I cannot stress how important aging health is. Thank God I got to a doctor and staff that are able to take care of me.

I have never had a doctor call me (my wife and I) a liar until “Dr” Missanelli opened a conversation with “I am confused by the amount of pain you say you’re in and what I see in the charts.” This was literally said in the threshold of the doorway before she even made it three feet into the room. And during this statement she inaccurately stated the size of the cyst in the charts by over 50% before actually looking at the chart, revising her statement, and acting like it’s no big deal. The conversation lasted about ten minutes and felt like a verbal assault where our character and ethics were questioned. I actually ended up asking “what do you think our end game is here? What are we lying about” at one point. It ended with the “Dr” slamming my wife’s file shut and storming out of the room stating “find her another doctor or do whatever because I will never be her doctor again.”

Mind you…this was the first time we’ve ever seen this lady as Dr Cooper is our normal care giver (and does a fantastic job!) but was unfortunately off during a time of need.

We are now questioning everything we thought we knew to be true. This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever experienced in any service in 45 years. I don’t know how to fully express what we just experienced.

To wrap it up neatly at the end, another staff member (Margaret?) was literally laughing at us and asked us if we still wanted to continue the game plan of Dr Cooper.

Follow-up: my wife actually did have a torsion and had to have both her fallopian tubes removed. Turns out the twisted up, dying tube was the reason she was in so much pain.

I previously saw another OBGYN in town, but transferred over when I became pregnant years ago, since he retired from OB. Dr. Henderson is my doctor…he delivered our second daughter a few weeks ago, & Dr. Missanelli delivered our first daughter in 2021 when Dr. Henderson was out of town. I cannot say enough good things about the doctors & staff. All 4 doctors are kind, patient, & caring. They all listen & explain things in a way that’s easily understood. They’re also incredibly easy to talk to. I had bad anxiety during both my pregnancies, & the nurses were always so kind whenever I would call (what felt like once a week)…they never made me feel like any question was too stupid, etc. We are done having babies, but I am forever thankful I ended up at a practice with such amazing people who truly care about their patients!

Dr.hude she is helping me through a lot and was great throughout my entire pregnancy! She follows up with what I need to stay healthy and if I need anything else she has been known to help me with my next step!

I love this OBGYN office! Dr. Missanelli is my doctor, but Dr. Henderson was there for my delivery. I always felt cared for and respected. Dr. Henderson let me birth on my own terms and was there if I needed him. He and Missanelli are so great!! Can’t say this enough!
