I have called and left multiple messages for a call back from the billing group. Someone from there called me a week or so ago asking about paying my bill. I had not even received a bill from you folks, but as of yesterday, I did get that bill in my mail.
I will NOT pay this bill--my first appointment with Cheryl was on Monday, April 14th. I may have spent about 15 minutes with her asking me only about my living situation. I wasn't feeling well when I went for the appointment and progressively got worse, at which time she asked the doctors nurse to come and take a look at me. I was very dissoriented, confused, and couldn't even stand up. At that point, the nurse said she was going to call my husband to come and pick me up. The intervention from the doctors nurse was the end of my visit with Cheryl. There was nothing discussed about my problems and she just made another appointment for me to come back in FOUR WEEKS.
I worked in the health care field for over 30 years and have seen a psychiatrist in the past. His visits were always an hour long, with discussions about things that were going on and trying to help me resolve them.
I went back for my FOUR WEEK appointment on May 19th and Cheryl spent a whole 30 minutes with me. The only thing I got from that meeting was that she thought I should be taking Rexulti. I have seen that advertised on TV and I have also learned that it is very expensive. I am retired on a fixed income and when the pharmacist told me $600.00 something dollars, I toldl him that I did not want it. Cheryl had told me that with coupons and such I could probably get it for the first 3 months at no cost and then decreased cost even after that.
I refuse to take any further medications and I will not be coming back to see Cheryl in FIVE WEEKS for anything further HELP?
I would appreciate someone contacting me with regards to these charges and to let me know they have been written off.
