I have asthma and came to this clinic as my allergies got bad and asthma attacks started happening daily. Dr. or nurse Bilbo was very unpleasant to me and as I asked for inhaler then she was arguing with me that I don't need inhaler and all I need is nosal spray. She kept repeating that I neglected taking allergy medications. She said that I was yelling at her where I didn't. I came with swollen eyes and wheezing and she told me that she doesn't see that and everyone can wheeze like that. At the end she said if you don't won't the nosal spray here is the door. Terrible place to visit with a person like that working there. I've been multiple times in this facility and never been disrespected. Was it wrong to ask for inhaler prescription?
Must add that the nurse stated as I was leaving that now is after hour and I'm trespassing. I treat any animal 100 times better than what I experienced that day. They've treated me like garbage. Sorry for any errors, I'm shaken to the core.
I returned the next morning cause I needed help and my insurance only accepts AFC in the area. I was treated nicely. The doctor or NP was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I'm changing my rating cause it's not fair for all those good staff working there.

Landon was incredibly kind, patient, and efficient. My 4 year old had a croup cough and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Can’t recommend Landon and the staff there enough. We will be back for all of our urgent care needs.

I had the worst experience at this office and would not recommend it to anyone. I visited on a Saturday morning, and while I understand it was busy, I didn’t expect to be rushed through the entire process. The receptionist and nurse were kind and did their best under the circumstances, but the Doctor, Gary Gould, barely spent two minutes with me. I had an upper respiratory infection with symptoms like congestion, a bad cough, and ear pressure, which I’ve had before and knew needed antibiotics. The doctor glanced in my ears and throat, quickly diagnosed me with a simple upper respiratory infection, and prescribed some cough medicine and nasal spray. He didn’t allow me to ask any questions and rushed out of the room as soon as he finished.
By Sunday evening, I woke up with severe ear pain, unable to hear anything out of my right ear. I ended up going to another urgent care first thing Monday morning, where the doctor immediately noticed that I had a severe ear infection, with my eardrum herniated due to fluid and blood built up behind it. The doctor was shocked I wasn’t treated for this two days earlier, as it was something the first doctor should’ve caught. I understand it may have worsened in the 48 hours since my visit, but I’m extremely frustrated that this wasn’t addressed during my initial appointment.
I can’t stress enough how important it is to have a doctor who listens and thoroughly checks your symptoms. This was easily the worst experience I’ve had at an urgent care, and I won’t be returning.

I had the BEST experience here!! The sweet wonderful front desk
lady needs a raise!! I can't remember her name but I was there November 3rd at 11:50am and she was brilliant!! Very compassionate and helpful and really made me feel at ease. She made the check in process super easy! The lobby was very clean and smelled really good. The nurse that took be back was amazing too! Everyone was so compassionate! The nurse practitioner I got to see was FANTASTIC! He told me his name but I'm terrible with names and forgot it but his bedside manner was 10/10! They got me fixed up with everything I needed. I cant say enough good things about them!
I had a really great experience here despite the reason why I had to come! I highly recommend!!!

I have been here several times and each time received excellent care. NP Landon is so caring-great listener, excellent practioner. He has always talked through care and each time has been spot on with care protocols.

Brought my son here Monday afternoon with a persistent cough and fever for 5+ days in a row. I suspected an upper respiratory infection due to the fact that several classmates had the same exact thing and needed antibiotics. The intake nurse only took his blood pressure and weight. SHE DID NOT TAKE HIS TEMPERATURE. He was running a 100 degree fever right before we got there! The male PA came in for all of 60 seconds, decided he had an unknown upper respiratory virus, did not bother to take an X-ray or do a culture for bacteria. Sent us home with a prescription for a cough syrup! Today is Thursday, he still has fever, and his cough is worsening! Took him to a more competent urgent care clinic which immediately diagnosed him with Mycoplasma Pneumonia! They did a chest X-ray and saw it immediately as well as swabbed him. Sent over a prescription for Zpack. I am completely flabbergasted at the total incompetence of this clinic! Even my 13 year old son said, "Mom - they didn't even take my temperature!" To be dismissed and rushed out the door with a misdiagnosis is beyond comprehension. It is dangerous and could have led to serious complications if I didn't trust my gut and take him to another clinic! DO NOT GO HERE!

The place was clean and the staff was Friendly . Got to me pretty quick. Took care of all my needs removed stitches and called in medicine for me very professional
