I had a neck and upper back massage done by Nick Moore. It was absolutely great! I was in substantial pain and discomfort when I went in— could hardly move my head to look sideways. About 2-3 hours after the massage, I began to loosen up and the pain began to disappear. I’m about 90% back to normal and I plan to get another massage in a week. Nick was very professional and asked probing questions to target the treatment he was doing to me. I highly recommend Nick and Mountain Massage. The front desk receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. Great friendly and professional service!!

My first ever professional massage was heavenly. I've already booked my next two appointments. Monica Blanks is a wonderful therapist. I don't know how she did it, but I left there feeling younger than when I walked in, and, as if she had added years to my life. I highly recommend Mountain Massage & Day Spa.

So Mountain Massage & Day Spa impressed from the jump. I called and was able to get a couples massage scheduled for today. The lady on the other end of the phone was very sweet. We arrived today and was greeted with a warm smile and friendly personality from the lady working the desk. My wife and I sat in the lobby area and noticed all of the nice decor. Then we were taken to the back and given massages by two young ladies. I hate that I can not remember both names, but one was a blonde and the other's name was Kat. The massages were fantastic and we left feeling relaxed. Thanks Mountain Massage. You will see us again!

We just had a 90 minute couples massage and it was "meh." Mine was "pretty" good (7 out of 10) but my boyfriend's was terrible. She had the pillow under his thighs while he was laying on his stomach causing him extreme discomfort in his neck. He complained multiple times that his neck hurt. She tried a few things, then finally removed the pillow and he realized that was causing the problem. By that time, he already had strained muscle in his neck. He has only had one other massage in his life so he didn't know the pillow was placed incorrectly. His massage was also terrible. She barely touched him and, when she did, it was just like she was kneeding dough. She never asked him how the pressure was. Granted, he should have told her, but he didn't want to ruin my massage. He did tell her that he wanted the full session on his neck and back and she barely touched his neck and upper back. Strange.

When we left, we told the person at the desk (who I think may have been the owner, but I'm not sure). She apologized but didn't offer him any discount whatsoever on his service. We paid $340 for both massages.

We will keep looking for the perfect massage in Fairhope. This wasn't it. At least not for us.

Paid 170$ for a massage. This was the third massage I’ve ever had. They placed a pillow above my knees which arched my back and hurt my neck . I kept saying my neck hurt. Finally half way through they removed the pillow. They did not listen to any requests! All I wanted was to relieve neck and shoulder tension. It’s day 5 and my neck still hurts from their incompetence.
Total waste of money. We complained but the management had no response. Feel like I got mugged. Total rip off!!

A must VISIT!! Mindi went above and beyond to accommodate us with appointments for massage. We had a cancellation eise where, And she fit us in last minute. What a blessing that was. The shower sauna, and infrared treatment were perfect additions to our relaxation experience. If you appreciate professional massage, with extra attention to aroma therapy, and affordable treatments;Then this is your chance. Jump at booking your next spa day. You won’t be sorry.

Nice enough massage. When I found out how much my husband spent on the gift certificate, kinda may be mad. $250 for 90 minutes and a “facial” I don’t know maybe that’s just what the market is these days.
I live in Jubilee Farms. There are a lot of ladies that are licensed here that charge less than half that price. I wouldn’t recommend Spending 250 on that at all and I have a bone to pick with my husband now
