They're truly there to help. I got diagnosed with apnea and wanted to get a CPAP asap. Talked to a few places that couldn't get it done, talked to Daniel and he didn't hesitate that they could get me setup that day.

Got there and Josh handled the process. I knew what machine I wanted but it was all the other stuff I had no idea about. So he was happy to talk candidly about the products they have, and as someone who has experience with it he could offer anecdotal reviews and suggestions, not just academic or a sales pitch.

I gave him every opportunity to take more of my money and sell me every bell and whistle they had, but he'd rather I get what I need not just rack up a big bill.

Don't hesitate to get what you need there. They have tons of supplies and so many mask options you can actually see on a mannequin head to judge the fit. I will definitely be back when I need to get a travel machine (which they had there and I could put my hands on that too!)

I have used Oxymed for cpap supplies for a few years due to being directed there by my doctor. In the beginning it was a decent place to buy supplies. As time progressed it became more difficult to get supplies and the staff was primarily young people that were not knowledgeable about the equipment and did not seem to care about helping me. During my last couple of visits in 2024 I began to be told by the staff members that I could not purchase the mask and cushion that had been wearing for years due to Oxymed taking such a loss from how much my insurance paid for the equipment. They said that I would have to pay extra out of pocket to continue wearing the same mask that I had been wearing for years. I felt really uncomfortable and went to another store to see if this was true. My new store assured me that it was not true and what Oxymed was doing was wrong. My new store is excellent with a 5 star rating. Pleas don’t fall for the misinformation that this store is presenting to its customers. Check with another retailer before falling for this scam.

I recently visited Oxy Med and was pleasantly surprised. It seems as though they are under new management. Josh was very helpful and awesome to deal with. He answered all of my questions and concerns with a smile on his face. It’s hard to find good customer service these days.

This is the “go to” place for all of your CPAP needs. The staff is very caring, they hear your concerns, and the recommendations that they make rectify your problem. I had the privilege of working with Josh and the guy certainly knows the business. I was with another company for many years before finding OxyMed a few months back.
